Why would he leave and why would you seriously believe we would need him to sell Ryton?

I like the fact that just because it was presented by Venus, then he's scum, a SISU puppet etc. It's like SISU have some magical powers and brainwash people into the SISU way.

I don't get why he would present something like that though when he has no vested interest in SISU. It's an odd move. And when I saw no vested interest, I mean he's only on the pay roll, not exactly someone like Fisher, Seppalla...

this certainly appears to paint a doom laden picture of our owners intentions,
i would reasonably have expected any forward looking company to have plans for a new site,
prior to the intention to sell,
imho, this is asset stripping & nothing more,
& hey ho the FA /FL do sweet fuck all, or do they ?
perfect opportunity for MP's to get their teeth into this problem, via the EDM next week

Oh dear MV . . Why on earth would he be involved in this if he was n't on the "BONUS" payroll . As for the reasoning for selling ,couldn't they think of a better lie ? They are laughing at us everyday . NOPM is the only answer .

This has got HR written all over it. We'll sell an asset we own and rent the replacement. Funny how when there's money to be made plans get drawn up and local authorities get met without so much as a whisper. When money needs spending on developing something it's all smoke, mirrors and nothing of substance that something as simple as an FOI can prove to be BS in an instance, repeatedly.

Shows you exactly where the owners priorities lie and it isn't the development of this club.

We all know he's got a property developing business. Do you think he's "Presenting" this out of the goodness of his heart? Sorry SBWM. I creditted you with a bit more "Savvy" Dark days for our Club mate. I think the "Life Support Machine" is about to be switched off.

Venus was caretaker manager for several weeks after Mowbray left Boro and applied full time for the job.

LMFAO... Mark Venus (born 6 April 1967 in Hartlepool) is an English football coach and former player.He currently works as technical director of Coventry City. As a player, he spent the majority of his career with Wolverhampton Wanderers and Ipswich Town. As a coach, he has served as an assistant manager to Tony Mowbray at Hibernian, West Bromwich Albion, Celtic and Middlesbrough. x2. As I said.. He's followed Mowbray for years.
