Should we not be concerned who might follow then? Unbelievable. Proves the point that people will accept anyone but SISU irrelevant that they may turn out to be just as bad.
How could it get any worse if SISU left? we have nothing left..!!

The problem with any bid for the club is getting the club unencumbered. You need to reach an agreement that takes Sisu out of the picture completely so any future revenues are used for the good of the club and not to further line the pockets of long gone investors. That is going to be the hard bit because of all the so called manufactured debt, how much of a hair cut are Joy and Dermott willing to take?

Really? There's been an offer made then?

Funny how people don't believe it, it's just Italia wumming and then tell us why it won't be a serious offer and why it shouldn't be SISU's fault.

Unless of course you know there is an offer, what the offer is and whether its serious or not.

All I've said on the matter is I'll believe it when I see it, if and when I see it I'll pass judgment either way. I have pointed out that certain people are already lining their ducks up, which they are.

So basically you're accusing me of doing something I'm not (I'm sure SBK can talk for himself) while ignoring those who have already made their minds up what an offer they don't even know exists will be.

If not jumping to assumptions one way or the other makes me guilty of something I'd suggest you need to readdress your thought process.

No I remember your reactions quite clearly when people were asking Michael fairly innocuous questions regarding the KCIC offer.

Well we do know. The investors into their funds are not making the decisions that affect our club, SISU are. SISU are JS and Dermot Coleman.

Problem we have is, we get rid of SISU. Then what? No stadium of our own. No academy. Limited sites to build a stadium. A council preferring Wasps to CCFC. Because of SISU, yeah. That is why we have a city of rugby initiative, would that disappear with SISU? Don't think it would. Whether it be SISU's fault or not, we have now been set up to be the second team in the city. The problems, unfortunately, don't end with SISU going. It's just one step on a very rocky road.
Hence why myself and others have called for all parties to be targeted so as to give us a head start and show a signal of intent that we will not be rolled over.

Sepalla and maybe Coleman are the problem. They don't care about CCFC or what supporters think. We don't know who the investors are, as far as I know. If the investors became twitchy about investing money through Sisu because they were being targeted then Sepalla and co would be more inclined to listen. Their veil of secrecy protects them.

All of the problems you mention above remain whether CCFC are run by Sisu or somebody else. Who would you rather tackle those problems, Fisher or someone new? We need someone who is going to come in baggage free and start building relationships. It's only then that our fortunes will start to improve.

I read into this that offers have been made however, no responsible potential buyer is going to put forward its best offer initially are they ? It's a case of negotiations until an acceptable compromise is reached ( or not ). Maybe negotiations are still taking place, something not denied. I hope so because I believe SISU want to sell despite denials.

SISU caused those problems. I'd rather have someone new tackle them. I want SISU to fuck off out of our club as soon as possible.

It is annoying when multimillionaire city fans are offering magic beans for the club when they know full well that will mean SISU stay in charge.

And then we talk about SISU wanting millions to sell the Club, for me a £1 would be too much money to give them

Know exactly what you mean Tony. The very same poster accused me(Before the game was even played) of invading the the pitch at a certain away game and fighting......Isn't that right Torchy!

Hang on, if you have no idea what the offer was why were you saying everyone should be backing it and phoning up SISU demanding they accept?
..... because the people putting an offer in would run it better and will be able to work with all parties from day one ?

Well thats another old nag put to sleep, unfortunately.

On the plus side, "...proof of funds, or transparency of investors – the criteria by which it is understood Sisu would consider any bid...." does suggest they would sell. And this has come from Uncle Les, who based on history is perhaps the more connected journo to the club. No hard line from Fisher that it's not for sale.

4 wealthy people put a million in each and offer a season ticket + share for 600 instead of just the 300. 3000 people buy one because SISU are gone and we've got an extra mill to take it up to the 5 mill that SISU will now sell for, if they get to keep Ryton. We get bumper League 2 crowds on a wave of good feeling so Mark Robins gets backed and we win the League by Christmas.

Dunno what's taking so long....

So, based on those figures, the bid was £5M? Does the Fab 4 beleive this would be a "credible" offer to SISU?

Try and be more positive ?

I'm sure there will be someone from wasps saying how they'd agree an extension to the Ricoh with these "mystery" bidders.

Ok so if I offered you a £1 for your car park, and gave out your home telephone number and got people to bombard you with calls day and night, would you sell it? No you wouldn't.

I hate SISU, want them gone, but unless someone offers them what they want, then phone calls etc wont make any difference at all, and if you really think so then I am surprised your businesses have been as much of a success as you make out.
