good to see us weather a pretty tough spell under pressure and hold on for the 3, cant help but think we would have conceded if that was a few games ago when Fadz was still injured
Not this time for me. Didn’t stop all game. But as the whole team tired and we sat back the better part of his game was less utilised.
Great win. Felt fresh legs were needed after 70. Palmer's workrate was phenomenal! Probably the best defensive performance of the season, albeit not tested for long spells.
Good win which overall we deserved, we defended the crosses well really but just made life more difficult than we needed to. Need to find a way of asserting ourselves when ahead and killing the game.

Enjoyed that. Typical City to sit back on their 18 yard box as soon as they were ahead but understandable considering our form.
Thought BNC had a really good game, back three looked a lot more solid. Thought Eccles and Allen struggled in the middle, really missing Sheaf in there. Palmer and Vik starting to show a nice understanding too. Do we know what’s up with Godden?

We won the game and people moaned about the only subs he did make anyway - yet again he sees us through despite having fuck all option on the bench.

Not sure who else he should have bought on and when. The squad is paper thin - Millwall could make five changes to chase the game, whereas we didn’t even have five senior outfield players on the bench, let alone match fit ones.
