I can’t see them extending the family zone much further. Doug has already said he wants to increase revenues on ticket sales and has reduced kids prices elsewhere in the stadium (rightly so).

If he’s going to increase revenues I can’t see him selling a whole stand with an adult only paying £250 a pop.
I didn't look at it from the clubs pov , makes sense not to increase it I suppose , all in all the ticketing issue has been a bit of a shit show just lately

Anyone who has renewed their ST already, but was unable to renew a junior ST next to them (as not being purchased at the same time) will need to ring the ticket office (0247 699 1987 - Option 1) to get it done. Took 50 mins to get answered when only 7th in queue initially, but all sorted quickly once I got through.

Option 1 instantly disconnected the call yesterday. Right now it seems to just ring forever.

Family Zone is noticeably bigger since tickets went on sale. Imagine that'll be it for that corner. if demand is still there, hope they keep momentum going and open another zone in blocks 26 and 27.

Just spoke with ticket office - after waiting for 45 mins. They said no plans to extend the FZ further. And now the map won't load again. Shouldn't be this hard - or is it just me

Looking at the map , and I understand some tickets will be released again once priority is over.. but we should be looking at another record ST sales season and il have a guess at record high average at the CBS over a season

Got them N32 row SS 20/21 - Hi to our new neighbours if you're reading this. First time ST for our 14-year old son who I'm sure will enjoy all the old Sky Blues stories on the 300 mile round trip journey. PUSB

Just back from ticket office, been told no more FZ available and not likely to expand it further. Only option is to renew existing seats at cost of £1810 PLUS £12 fees!! I tried to get tickets yesterday in block 31 but couldn’t assign them so looks like we may not be attending this year after 60 yrs going

I know 3 families who won't be going then if there's no more FZ.

Again, Doug King / The Club should have said that space was limited after saying it would be extended.

I've just had a quick look and there were 4 seats left in the family zone!
I assume this doesn't include any current season ticket holder seats yet to become available, but surely they have to extend the zone to the block 25 corner? Especially if it's currently not on sale there

I get that folk are frustrated by missing out on FZ but the club can't keep extending it. It was orginally 2 small blocks, about 1000 seats. It's now 4 blocks, about 3000 seats.

It's just not financially sensible to keep expanding it until everyone is happy. It would end up that you could sit pretty much anywhere with a kid for £300.

Im sure the club will look at this and find a compromise that works for both fan and club a like. They cant afford to not get bums on seats or risk losing future fans.

Nobody is asking for a hand out but not to compromise is not smart now or going forward. Doug will have to step in again and this may tell him something in a certain department is not functioning well and may need a change. Keep asking valid questions and they will listen and at least give a view of what they see.

The issue is the lack of saying that it's a limited area and casually just saying don't worry it will be extended. Then nothing has been said otherwise. It isn't like they said "Limited Spaces left in Family Zone, get yours quick" or anything.

People were waiting to be able to use finance as well.

Thats the key, communication, which sadly in the past has been missing. If we have changed as a club the limit on these tickets should of been set pre sale.

Doug needs to look at that side and the fact families do have to plan and budget for these buys.

Could even argue they’ve gone too low with the family zone pricing. Up it a bit and extend it.

Course it’s sensible unless you’re gonna sell out

There was always going to be a limit. They couldnt sell limitless tickets at half of what standard prices are. Had they done so people would then moan we couldnt put a top end championship team together on barely any season ticket money.

Had to be a limit, the issue then is the massive increase for kids in other areas of the ground but then it was far too low before. Can't see much else that could have been done. As usual communication pretty shit though

Still no prices for the corporate areas, as a family 3 adults and two children in the Legends lounge, it may be a reality that we can no longer afford season tickets in that area once the prices are eventually released.

Frustrating that if this turns out to be the case we can no longer consider the ‘Premier league package’ or now increasing likely the ‘Family zone’ as both have reached capacity.

Thanks for the reward for our loyalty over the years !

Perhaps they should have kept the family zone for families.
Adults must be accompanied by children.
Be interesting to see how they stop people moving from family zone, to other blocks.
