Tony you are not worth stalking - your attempts at wumming and trolling are as effective as Roy O'Donovan at scoring goals.

It is almost painful to watch

Clearly I am. You don't seem to be able to stop commenting on my posts and mentioning me in posts full stop. Mind you you do seem to be torn between me and Italia although he does seem to be your favourite as you've even tracked down where he keeps his horses. That's just creepy.

Weird how you were scoffing at the club for wanting "365 revenue" yet are creaming over this because it'll ultimately benefit Wasps. So to get this clear, Wasps and all other sporting teams need 365 revenue, just not CCFC?

A nice box for me

Where did I scoff at the club for wanting these revenues ?
All I'm scoffing at is the way people think building a 15,000 stadium out of town and renting it back to us will achieve that.

That dreadful CWR presenter was basically doing an advertising session for wasps this morning,

How great it is - really means Coventry are on the map rubbing shoulders with all these great cities that are attracting the one with zero musical talent.

Reeked of a string of glamorous cities - oddly forgot to mention Sunderland.

Rihanna gigs attract fewer chavs on average than a football match.

You need to get past this.
Wasps are here to stay and the Ricoh is not the white elephant you said it was.
It is great that Coventry profile is being raised and it's exactly as Ann said it would be.

How is the profile being raised? Please explain that to me? How has other football clubs who've hosted far more events such as these raised their cities profile?

As for white elephant are you saying the stadium was worth more than the figure it was sold for? After all the charity lost a lot of money. Are you saying that was unethical?

Like they were in London? Or like they were in Wycombe? Or like when they said the new ground would definately be back in London?

Is the profile of Coventry being raised? Can you reel off the names of the other cities on the tour who's profile has been raised (without the aid of Google)? Will you now decide to visit those cities because a concert once took place there?

With dates in Manchester, Cardiff and London (amoung others) the catchment area for this will basically be the Midlands. How many people living in the Midlands currently don't know Coventry exists and will only realise because of this concert?

I love how in all the other cities its just a low key Rihanna is playing here annoucement yet we are all expected to bow down to Wasps for managing to hire the ground out for a day.

Of course anything big will raise the cities profile. It's your bias of Wasps that stops you seeing this.
Ann will help you with some figures soon.

The stadium is worth more now than when they bought it.
Exactly the same as if we had bought it but unfortunately for us CCC sold it before the value dropped to Sisu's zero valuation.
The extra bonus for the council and all the tenants is that they didn't want it unencumbered.
I think you know how much Sisu valued Higgs share when they actually offered them above their zero valuation because they were a charity.

Anyway lets get back to enjoying the football and now the concerts !!!

Yes they valued it close to what wasps paid.

This is an interesting one. Since Wasps pitched up the hotel operators have had the push and there's been little mention of Compass while Wasps have signed 3 (from memory) F&B deals. The parking also seems to have reverted to Wasps. That just leaves the casino.

What we don't know is what conditions Wasps required before agreeing to the sale. For all we know they also insisted on it being unencumbered.

All seems very amicable.

I'm actually well in front if you count the facts.
Your right though, ignore them and I'm behind.

http://www.coventrytelegraph.net/new...battle-6914945

The only fact is that sisu offered £2 million for the Higgs share - a share in isolation that indeed was worthless and a share that your buddies at wasps would have offered nothing for in isolation.

If the value is going up as you claim Lucas has to resign surely as what they should have done is rented wasps the stadium alongside the football club and increase the asset value for "the taxpayer"

So did they offer money or not?

I think they did but I'm not sure !!!

They offered them £2M at some time but there was some query on taking on the debt with the bank.
Also there was something about proof of funding not being available because it was in installments.

If you know your a better man than me.

The 5 million one was instalments wasn't it? They did offer money didn't they so what's your point?

Anyway, back onto the concerts.

I replied when you said this:
