We are obliged to pay tax, observe speed limits etc.
We should be obliged to participate in choosing who decides the big stuff too.
Not voting is NOT a rational choice.

I'll be voting Labour at the GE, and I understand that Starmer has to project an image of inclusivity and benevolence, and that he is on the side of the angels.
