Ive managed run 0.35 miles since the Cov Half, fucked my ankle up and it's needed to be complete rest for nearly 3 weeks now. Is anyone planning to do the Sphinx 5 mile event at the Memorial Park in June? Im hoping to be alright for that.

Have you been to see a physio? Mine didnt improve with rest but were sorted after 2 physio trips, one of which involved accupuncture. Fucking hurt but did the trick.

Yes, 1:47:53 which was about 7 minutes faster than i thought id manage. Started pretty slowly and absolutely hammered the last 5 miles. Really happy with how it went, had the traditional pissing rain for it too!
