Thought they looked really good after Oxford scored just struggled with oxfords 11 behind the ball.
For me their young players look the sort we should be bringing in to challenge for starting spots next season and develop so they can step up when Wright, Simms, Sakamoto move on.
Need some creativity in midfield.
Rudoni has always impressed me when I’ve seen him but a midfield of him, Torp, Sheaf or Eccles doesn’t strike me as one that will create enough.
Watched the Peterborough game last night and Kyprianou did look a good Sheaf replacement although would need a year...
Not overly worried by the departures speculated.
Sheaf will be a loss but we’re probably at the point we get the best price for him.
Disappointed to see Bidwell leave but Robins has never seemed sold on him and at his age with one year left we probably need to be succession planning anyway...
Seeing as we like pinching other clubs foundations (ala Barnsley) How about Kyprianou, EMC (already signed) and Poku to cover RW.
Then Rudoni from Huddersfield if they go down.
Can't see us not spending big on an O'Hare replacement. Then really need a RW, ST and CB just to ensure we don't fade away like this season.
The Kyprianou rumours are interesting is he the Sheaf replacement or brought in as squad cover with Kelly going?
I'd say minimum of five at least to come...
As others have mentioned not sure Doug has put anything into the playing squad just reinvested transfer money.
Theres nothing wrong with that, it’s the way clubs should be run. The problem is we’re in a league distorted by parachute payments and owners fronting huge losses making it a real...
£500 standard price would be way too much in my opinion.
Accept it’s not out of line with a lot of clubs but with the lack of 15.00 kick offs and us falling away in the promotion race I reckon we would lose a fair number of season ticket holders and gain no extra revenue.
Sobering performance today. Whilst accepting fatigue is playing a part the performance really does show the limitations of our squad.
Fullback is an area we need reinforcements. Bidwell and Milan are solid but DaSilva hasn’t impressed and there’s no cover for Milan as Lats don’t look...
More red button was my understanding that’s why domestic I follow has gone.
Think they will have five championship games on each weekend on main channels so guessing Friday night, two Saturday and two Sunday scheduled around the premier league games they have on, maybe even a Monday night game.
Not far off my suggestion; I’d said £300/£100. But either way Adult and Kid should cost the same as standard adult.
When do we think Doug will release the prices? Is he waiting to see what league we’re in or do we think he’ll go early and get them on sale ASAP?
I’d hope there would be no significant rise for early bird prices.
Family zone probably should rise but not by a massive amount. £300 adult £100 kid seems fair. That’s £800 for family of four which isn’t small change for most people.
It’s great attendances are on the up but I still don’t see...
