Main problem has been lack of a single charismatic leader with a clear direction - plenty of really hard working, committed people but a single focal point to rally around been lacking
Totally agree even down to the radio - there is no critical challenge to managers as it all very straight down the line - someone one needs to ask difficult questions and hold players and manager to account - if they then choose not to answer said questions then we can read into it what we want.
