they generally don't have a clue when it comes to next manager betting, I'd take it with a pinch of salt. The fact there would be compo involved tells me it's very unlikely though stranger things have happened.

What's the odd's on Tudgay or Rickets getting the job?

Think out of that list I'd look to Robert Page with Michael Doyle as his assistant, they'd pack a wallop.

I'd go for Gary Peters. Takes no shit, used to working with small budgets and will get the best out of what to me looks like a very average squad.
