Not happened before has it, and its not an international break so it looks like he could have been sent back. Giving the crowd stick probably didn't do him any favours.

The only difference with Akpom was it was for European and Cup games I think, which was all they had at the time it felt like!

Giving the SBA the shush finger was the moment he got the middle finger from me. Useless, cocky wanker who I certainly hope doesn't appear for us again. Agyei over Wright every time.

Perhaps they called him back because he wasn't getting enough game time, although I would have thought there would have been an announcement.
The fact that so many U23 teams have been dumped out of the Checkatrade cup should tell these Champ and Premier teams that their development players are not going to walk into Div 3 teams and be first names on the teamsheet.

Have you considered it might be how he is being played here ? I seem to remember similar criticisms from our experts on here towards Cyrus Christie, Jack Cork and Jordan Henderson to name a few all gone onto better things.

I can't remember any of that apart from remarks about Christie's poor form towards the end of his period here

Agreed and both Henderson and Cork looked quality. On fact we were all hoping we could get Henderson back on loan the next season, and he needed up starting for Sunderland in the PL. In fact Cork went back and quickly on loan to Burnley in the PL. That won't happen to Andre Wright, he's not good enough for league one, he wasnt even the player we wanted he just happened to be the most available at the time. he scored 4 in 34 last season in the conference, and turns 20 next week, at the minute i cant see anything but a non league/league two career for him and probably Agyei too. The comparison with Christie, Henderson and Cork is rediculous.

Have you considered that he was also shite in the conference last year? He is now 20 and should be proving himself at this level at least if he has ambitions of staying at west brom

As my friend is fond of saying, a lot of these young lads have lots of skills but don't actually know how to play football
