Just on my way back now for the debacle at Northampton. Now to say we were poor is a vast understatement. Im a glass half full type of guy but the glass is empty. No matter what people think of the disfuptions at the game , the players could nt get off the pitch fast enough at the final whistle. Nearly 1500 coventry fans travelled today and lack of respect was discraceful. Only DKE and four others came over to the fans. The team have given up and given up on the fans.

Why should they come & applaud "fans" that disrupted the game constantly? I know not all fans did this, but if they come over, it looks like they're condoning what happened.

So was it the paying fans who caused this loss.
Utter bullshit so was it the fault of all the fans or just a handful.
Why not applaud the ones who did nothing wrong.

You'd hardly expect most players to applaud fans who disrupted the game and threw flares at them.

Seems like there's a lot of monitory of fans who also showed a complete lack of of respect to their fellow supporters as well. Also wish I hadn't bothered today, but that's more to do with our own "fans" than the players.

Again sorry Gazbola but were you there as there were no flares thrown at players. It seems any excuse for the players to show disrespect and it is disrepect. The team was shocking and all these disruptions only affected our team then .

Who would want to applaud players who are keeping us at the bottom of League One? They don't deserve it. They're lucky people turn up to this shit show.

Apart from the Northampton number 5 who had to run out of the way to avoid being hit

Daz im gobsmacked hou blame our fans for today. I respect your right to an opinion but ....
I don't blame the vast majority of our fans who turned out to support the club. I just don't understand why people think that flares and pitch invasions are going to help the team.

My thread was nt about flares , pitch invasions etc it was about players giving up on the pitch and the fans. Hopefully you ll agree with that .
