Another run this morning. 5km clocked up. Slightly slower pace but less stoppages. 6.17 mins/km. Legs are sore but don't feel too bad. Back has stiffened up slightly.

Lost another half a stone. Now buying medium slim fit polos.
Good lad! Tempted to start jogging but worried about impact :(

I used to take one by My Protein but ended up crashing around 11am after 5am workouts. The itching and tingling is normal and should go away after a few times.
I quite like it, been trying a few out, grenades etc too

Cheat day today, but still stuck to Coke Zero and just popcorn at the cinema and diet coke and vodka at the pub.

Going to start the body weight regime from kb/recommended_routine - bodyweightfitness tomorrow. Got my dumbbells and chin up bar back from the ex today, bought some resistance bands as well as the routine uses them.

Once I'm solid 3 days running 3 days work out I'll start worrying about nutrition, one step at a time. Feeling good though. They reckon 3 weeks to start a habit so not going to let myself slip for that then I'll start fine tuning.

36 in May, aim is to have noticeable improvements by then in my body shape. Not smoked a real fag all week, just been vaping and my breathing is already improved.

Still at a stone lost since the new year, body fat going down nicely though!

Managing to do 5k on the cross trainer on level 12 / 13 in about 14-15 minutes as a warm up to get the blood flowing before weights etc.

Circuit training has been the one though, different level of getting fit.

Yeah I take two scoops of that my protein pre. I enjoy the buzzing and tingling. Find myself being more focussed too.

All this tingling stuff sounds dodgy to me.
Word of warning for Shmmeee watch out for the chemicals in those sugar free drinks
Not so good for you I've been told.

Aspartame or something. Yeah I've heard. But I've been so unhealthy I need little treats. As my doctor said to me once when I asked about quitting smoking "don't worry about that, your obesity will kill you first".

Will be on the water once I don't feel like I'm doing everything at once.

I've got a tub of it that I have only had a couple of scoops out of and probably won't use it. Happy to send it onto you for the cost of postage.

How come?

Although I had it once but that gym was closed, was raging and had to just randomly run about

Sign up with SIS get some free stuff. Bottle and a few powders

I use SIS stuff as well and would recommend it. I use their Rego recovery shakes, and the Go Hydration and have always found them good products. Also used their Go Energy drinks which are good.
Tried My Protein as well, they did a low calorie protein shake which was ok as well.

I'm after a low impact core workout. Done one of my excercises and felt a twinge in my back. Don't fancy going back to my physio just yet as I asked her out on Saturday. :banghead:
