anyone know if the person needing medical attention in lower block18 was ok?

Was it about half time?
There were a lot of stewards gathered around in that block a few minutes after the game, and I was told it was a medical incident. Didn't like to ask further, but it seemed more than a trivial thing.

4 rows behind us, just collapsed apparently, right at the end of the game not sure how serious it was as he was surrounded by first aid and stewards.

I sat just along the block from the incident I like gears87 though I took to long for medical assistants to arrive they are usually seen in the disabled area which is within yards of the incident ideally placed central in the stand but they came from the top area maybe as the game was nearing the end they were making there way towards the exit .The people around him had put him in recovery position .Looked like the young lad suffered a fit hope he makes a speedy recovery.

Hope he's ok - we can't afford to lose another fan at the moment!

Don't know why I bother

As a trained first aider I'd say he is probably OK because he was in the recovery position. Now had he been flat on his back with someone performing CPR then I'd have been greatly concerned. So i'm guessing he's fine now and hope he makes a speedy recovery

But to just go up to them in the street
"Yes, she's standing there in street talking to a friend, you non-trained, non-first aiders would think she's just fine, but you can't be too careful...."

I think it would be the most effective to jerk her back into life......

But I never thought u gave the kiss of life on that part of the body

If it's very serious, the "kiss of life" may not be a sufficient remedy....might need to upgrade to the lesser-known but more powerful "shag of life"
