Simple question, what specific things are being disputed in this "multi party dispute" we are told exists and by who?

Because unless you know exactly what the dispute is what can be mediated
And what does active support mean?

I think it's the parity of support with Wasps e.g. the supporting letters for planning applications. That said, you do feel it is a stage managed process. I appreciate you are friends with Mutton and Lucas, I don't actually have much against them apart from the fact I feel they are heavily influenced by their senior officers, officers who have no affinity with CCFC

Know good friends who are good friends rather than friends personally. I think that's fair enough. To me it's like the word reasonableness in employment legislation it's not defined to leave things to be argued and not right and wrong

I wished I'd grabbed the Mic many times at the trust meeting. One to ask what other mistakes have you made mr fisher. Another about what do you mean active support and the other reconciliation and mediation doesn't work when one party is taking court action against another. What about you right now mr fisher, in front of the trust and thousands listening, agree to stay the court action as a measure of the strength of ccfc and Sisu commitment to the mediation process?

Easy in hindsight

We are going in with 3 preconditions you cannot do that what if all the others said their condition was they drop the legals which they probably will no talk, That will be the outcome.
