You mean "Guilty till proven innocent"

No, I mean our foreign policy is a disaster and I empathise with anyone caught in the middle of what's going in in the middle east who just wants to get on with their lives in peace.

I wonder what the ISIS foreign policy is:jawdrop:

they haven't got one, they're barbaric, but I think you can make a strong case for them being a by product of western foreign policy.
Again, I fell for law abiding citizen who gets caught up in their violence.

Margaret Thatcher said:
A considerable number of the ANC leaders are Communists… When the ANC says that they will target British companies, this shows what a typical terrorist organisation it is. I fought terrorism all my life… I will have nothing to do with any organisation that practises violence. I have never seen anyone from ANC or the PLO or the IRA and would not do so.

Conservative MP Terry Dicks said:
How much longer will the Prime Minister allow herself to be kicked in the face by this black terrorist? How much longer will the Government kneel at his feet, when he does nothing but abuse her?

Daily Mail about Mandela's 70th Birthday concert said:
The ANC and its leader Nelson Mandela have no more claim to be saints or heroes than do the Provisional IRA with their lynch mobs and car bombers.

Until 2008, Mandela was on the USA's terrorism watch list. 2008. He therefore needed special state clearance to enter the USA.

Now, that's not the view most have of Mandela now.

I can only give my own definition. Terrorism is a violent, criminal act done to induce terror in the general population and done for some political purpose.
A terrorist is someone who plans, supports or commits an act of terrorism and owes allegiance to some terrorist ideology or terrorist group.
Accidental bombing of civilians is not terrorism or a terrorist act by my definition.
Bear in mind that the targets of such attacks often deliberately move civilians near to them for propaganda purposes.

who on earth called Westminster accidental in the first place?

you are the only one trying to diminish innocent lives lost

Strange you only complain about British/American attacks(Unconfirmed)
If you'd care to research, Iraqi SF asked for Drone cover. It was given under Iraqi intelligence...... The way some people talk, the only ever aggressors in the world have been British and American. Who protected Britain from the Romans, Vikings, Normans, French, Spanish, the list goes on.

As for "trying to diminish innocent lives lost[/QUOTE]"..... I'm waiting for confirmation of a deliberate act on behalf of the coalition before apportioning blame. Is there any need to wait for confirmation on the deliberate murder of innocent lives in London?

you don't understand the saying "one mans terrorist is another mans freedom fighter?"

LOOOL

It's a fairly lazy sixth form type of label people use for Stalinist murderers such as Castro and his sidekick with a beret

But it's true. There will be people who see that clown in London the other day as some sort of freedom fighter.

Simplistic maybe. Don't get me wrong in any way. The act was monstrous and absolutely cold blooded murder by an individual who'd normed somehow driving his car at high speed at fellow human beings. But the immediate link from our nationalistic media to portray him as a foot soldier of Isis I think seems unnecessary and too early to say.

What was his aim? Motivation if you will? The reason I ask is that some aims appear worthy and to be supported, others not so much.

United Ireland
Suppression of freedom
Women votes
Apartheid
Yoke of empire - removal of occupying forces
War

Think his mum and daughter have been courageous to speak out in the way they have

of course it is true. In india 2 Sikhs assasinated indra gandhi after she ordered attack on the golden temple. They are seen as heroes to many in sikh community whilst hindus hated them so much they commited genocide over it in 1984.
