I would take anything lower than 25k only If planning permission is agreed on 25k first, before we build anything we need to know it's feasible to expand. Also Jon Sharpe says 12k only. So what assurances do we have that he and the CRFC board would not be an obtacle to any future expansion.

Buying into the Ricoh has always been the sensible option and I would imagine anything upto 49% would be achievable then Fisher would have his 365 day wish for income stream. BPA will not happen, even if or when the plans are submitted the objections would delay things months even years, we need a ground next year and if plans are submitted and the legal system continue any likelihood of Wasp talks to stay at the Ricoh for a bit and at what price would diminish I suspect. That brings another question where else is there ? I keep reading we could end up out of Coventry again, but where. If TF has trawled around for an alternative venue he must have spoken to someone local authorities ? Police ? so where ? the information must be out there ! Perhaps the CET could investigate that on the FOI act.

That the council won't find an alternative use for the Ricoh, it's just a bluff and that we shouldn't sign up for any long term rental deal or buy ACL we should just keep pushing till it goes out of business. That any decision SISU make is for the good of the club so should be backed?

Definitely still about the Ricoh. Sisu trying to build a plausible plan for butts to gain a short term lease in hope wasps start to implode.
Discussions keep the FL happy (not hard) and deflects blame to other parties if it cannot be agreed.
I'm convinced it's about getting something for minimal cost/nothing.
TF needs to be grilled on scope of costings/planning/design of butts if we are 100% to leave Ricoh imminently. I'm bet it will unravel quickly.

I am normally quite accurate when guessing what will happen next. You don't like it when what I guess will happen next would show badly against SISU. But you seem to choose to ignore where I do the same against anyone else. Like now where I think what Wasps are up to. This isn't having a go at SISU. But you will try and twist it that way. The two things I have got wrong was I didn't think we would move to Northampton and I thought SISU would put the 60% of income into the squad including transfer fees like promised.
