Sunday is going to be a fantastic day out. 43,000 SBA in sky blue giving it maximum noise.
I'm taking my 7 and 10 year old daughters, because I genuinely worry that it might be their only chance to see City at Wembley. I'm buzzing about seeing the looks on their faces when they walk into the stadium. I still remember my first trip to Wembley when I was 10, and it still makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up.

I know its a tin pot cup, and we will be relegated in the next few weeks to our lowest point in my lifetime, but nothing that happens on Sunday can change that.
Lets try and leave the negativity and league depression at home for a day and make it a day to remember for those that are too young to remember 87. This might be all they ever have.

Totally agree.
We are in our late 60s and were at Wembley in 87 and for the Charity Shield. Don't care if it's a tin pot cup or anything else, this is about 45,000 City fans
all getting together to see our team play at Wembley. Let's just celebrate it and enjoy the day, win or lose (although I have got the snealy feeling that we will win).
At our age, don't expect that we will ever see City again at Wembley so going to make the most of this weekend. PUSB.

P.S. or even the "sneaky" feeling. Sorry!

I wish that goosestep from the green man wasn't happening and we could all just stumble there in a boozy sky blue haze.

You can currently buy an FA Cup commemorative issue of The Pink in shops, I'd recommend that for anyone who wants to get in the cup mood.
Never it is produced by that shit Telegraph paper ;)

Your thought echoed in mind too. It'll be a great day, just relax and enjoy. Everything else comes later.

Totally agree, its going to be hard enough for the younger players to walk out into a frenzy 70, 000 crowd without freezing so the last thing they need is any neg waves pouring down from the stands. I'll still be singing even if we get hammered, so lets support the City of Coventry and it people including the the players tomorrow and just try and forget just for 90 mins the arseh*les that are sisu.
