Surprised myself today as although this had been coming for weeks I was still sad and down at the moment it was confirmed. Strange atmosphere in the stadium as the final whistle went.

It was a 'what do we do now feeling', I hung around for a couple of minutes to see if there was any invasion like when we went down from the champ v Donny.

Whatever happens on the pitch, the team being carted off to Northampton will probably always be the lowest point I'll ever see.
Couldn't agree more.

I don't know whether I'm angry or upset with today...Even though we knew it was coming still gets you when it happens league 2 ffs
Me too.

The past few weeks & the cup win has probably masked the previous 7 months!
Yep, exactly

Today has hit me harder than I thought it would. How the fuck has it come to this.......I also cannot see us bouncing back. We're properly fucked now. I mean league 1 is a pathetic league and we got relegated from that.
Agree 100%

I felt worse at Charlton in 08, that was a scandalous day and I hated the players after that match.
That was indeed a pathetic excuse for a perfornance

Forget about all the non league bullshit. Yes reality has hit home today. But a lot of people don't seem to know how poor Division 4 is. A lot of sides are made up of non league players. Yes there are some hidden gems in there. But try and make a squad out of them.

It looks like Robins is staying. He is one of if not the best in Division 3. We will have a lower budget next season. Top 8 could be amongst teams with average attendances of under 4k. The bottom teams much lower. So if Fisher doesn't starve the squad of cash and we have Robins I can see us getting in the top 3.

Very pissed off. But time to dust ourselves off and start again. We are going to have a fun season. We will be going to grounds where we outnumber the home support at times.

If a club as near as finished like Portsmouth can hit Division 4 and turn things around so can we. If not at work I will be there for the first game of the season to watch our first 5-0 win I can remember.

In robins we trust based on the last 5 or 6 performances we shouldn't be relegated if the season started now I feel robins would have this squad knocking on the door of the top 6.

a bit far fetched, but saying that, had Robins been in charge since the start of the season would we of been relegated today,NO!! i don't think we would of,or even got relegated

Nothing will be worse than that first game at Sixfields (and no, I didn't go).
Nah, that was just a blip, but you missed a cracking game 5-4 win.

Not lowest for me. It hurt more last time but resigned to this one for so long.Lowest for me was when we moved to Northampton. It felt like the beginning of the end and knew I wouldn't be going. Also my dad stopped after that and now only goes when my daughter does which saddens me further and why I ws so happy that I got to share Wembley with him.

When you see Southend and fleetwood and Rochdale in and around the top six if we were better managed and had a few decent signings last summer I don't think they would have been better than us to be fair

Well stick me in a ball gown and call me Penelope, but I am quite excited about next season.

Talented academy kids, a good manager and at some point we have to find our level surely.

I am optimistic we will be right up there in the top 6 or higher and therefore I am excited by that prospect.
