I know we complain about refs but he really did have a shocker.

Nice to see a win for the final home game of the season.

Gadzhev was decent, which makes it a curiosity how he was left on the bench even when we were the worst team I've ever seen. He did his hair nice and all

Well I remember Mowbray waxing lyrical about him when he signed. Odd he has been on the sidelines for so long. I thought he had a decent game.

Kieran Crowley was the same, saying last summer that he should run the show for us. I was expecting big things.

I was expecting a shocking performance on Monday, not today! But he did have a mare!

Mrs Lino should be having words with him I think post match!

comedy gold moment at the end. Some fat short arsed bloke who was too big for his sity top and old enough to know better ran down the front got throught the stewards and tried to get on the pitch.
Took him 3 attempts to get one leg over. He then balanced on his gut like a see saw before failing misereably and coming back down the same way. I hope that someone filmed it as it need to be put out there.

3 attempts to get his leg over isn't bad going to be fair.

Thought it was strange that Robins was happy with the first half. I thought it was a very dull encounter. We tried passing it about at he back too much, Walsall kept wanting to go long, only 1 shot of any threat. Seen worse mind!

Glad Vlad had a good game and everyone seems united in agreeing to that. That in itself is nice to see; not often everyone agrees on something :) Be interesting to see if he retains his place for Sunday. Don't see why he shouldn't, but we've seen this season that the obvious players deserving a start don't always!

Bigi again looked a player. Defending, attacking, he was there.

Just so frustrating how many players we have that don't perform week in week out!

Jones is not quite on Reid's level when it comes to being a disappointment. He's still a kid after all. However he is still disappointing. And frustrating. It's surprising he came out of League two with such a reputation since we League Two clubs need strong players, and he's far from that! I hope he comes good when he returns to League Two next season with us, but he needs to learn a second trick; when to cross and when to shoot; when to look up, amongst their stuff.

Ruben seems to be in favour under Robins which I find surprising in one way, but not in another. If we had someone who was nippy up front for him to play through balls to as he did last season, early on admittedly, he'd be an asset. But there doesn't seem to be anything else to his game sonwithout that partner he's a little screwed!

He does seem to have a bromance going on with Jones!

RCC didnt do anything today that Burge couldn't do, although he did worry me at times wanting to pass it about. Burge has done well to rid that of his game, or at least knows when it's appropriate. Not sure we will see him here next season

I also enjoyed the first 45 mins. Felt the reaction on here was tad negative.

Me and robins think alike.

Sadly only one of you will be in attendance next season.

I enjoyed the game in its entirety, I thought we played some very good football at times, even Turdgay was making a pass or 2. When I saw the starting line up I feared the worst.. Turdgay, Lameiras, Foley and Ghadzev but I have to say they all played pretty decently, thought the worst player we had there was drop the ball at every available opportunity Charles Cook although he was under pressure when he tried to collect crosses, naughty Walsall players doing that

Robins having a little snap at Geoff for asking if any of the under 18s could play next week.

Thought this was quite funny, tho seemed like a question that fans moan at Geoff for not asking. When he does ask a stupid question he gets shot down by Robins.
Hopefully puts a end to the call to "just play the kids"
Anyway good to pick up another 3 points for moral purposes to sign of at home with a good run of games. Something to build upon.
As for Bigi and Ghadzev thought they did quite well. Was Bigi man of the match, possible, didn't think anyone stood out from each other but Bigi certainly played one of his better games today which again good to see.
As for JJ, he's a talented player full of tricks but no footballing brain at all to play as a team and lacks any positional sense.
Wasn't overly impressed with the first half thought we struggled to get behind there wing backs but coped well with what little they offered in return.
A win and a clean sheet nevertheless and George Thomas becomes our leading league goal scorer something that if Tudgay had of scored that late chest down he could not of claimed. Phew!

That was funny, then he was getting really angry and aggressive at the stewards. Haha

Lameries was the stand out player. He created a lot for the team, looked involved throughout and was prepared to at least attempt to do defensive cover.
It's one game though and a very easy game for all players to shine.
If he played every game like that I'd admit he should be considered next season but he's so poor most of the time.
Bigi - just a question of economics really. He's never going to offer any more than Trond Soldvelt did in the premier league. Slow, safe and mediocre - we will never get promoted if we don't have an injection of new energy in the middle of the park.

Totally inexplicable. He's a Bulgarian international for Christ's sake. And he can score from midfield - exactly what we have been sorely missing.

Just got home to the west country,Thought they all did well today.
Ref was one of the worst I have ever seen,Liked the yam yam chants to shut them up.
And that Mark Robins skyblue army chant was so loud and made the hairs on my neck stand up.
We should have won by more but happy with the win,Onwards and upwards!!

I'm sure Lameries also believes he was the stand out player. Absolutely no end product (He kicked it anywhere when he fell in the box and by chance created the goal), lightweight and simply hasn't got one ounce of a footballing nouse . If he and Jodi Jones had gunpower for brains they'd not have enough to blow a hole in a stick insect's arse.

No end product? He set up the goal today as he did against rovers and scored the winner against posh?
