I suppose it depends what your budget is and how much you like your coffee, I have had a few machines over the years but I know have a Krups EA826E bean to cup and it's brilliant, it did cost me over £600 but I hammer it (you can pick them up for about £400 now). However, I have always found that good quality coffee in a cafetiere is fine if you just want a nice cuppa.

I did try caramel latte in Frankie and Bennies at the weekend, gingerbread wasn't the best
