HT 1-0

Not the best of halves. Typical end of season game I guess

To say there's not much noice from Scunny would be an understatement. Their support is poor considering they're up the top
We are lucky that Burge has been alert a few times. Expecting a better second half

What happened? Missed that.

Geoff asked a pretty reasonable question after the last game, just pretty much asked that now there is nothing really to play for, would he be giving any of the youngsters who have been doing well a go.

Robins just bit his head off and said something like 'what do you think'.

It was more sarcastic than aggressive but was a firm snap nonetheless.

I realise this is massively over-simplifying things, but if we win today that will be 16 points from 11 league games under Robins (unless I've ballsed up the maths). Average that over a season are you get a fraction under 67 points, just off the play off places. Compare that to Slade's miserable 7 points from 13 games which averages out at just under 25 points over the season.

Let's hope John Aloisi manages to beat both of them in his player/manager role next season once the Australians take us over.

Stupid phone Tom there should have been a smiley face after i wrote that,,,, turdgay of course
I thought you might have meant Turnbull. I'm not being easily offended if that reference was aimed at me. I am just asking who it is. Strange, I really like Tudgay, I think he's past it and limited but gives his all and is said to be a good guy. I met him and he was very friendly...

But any of us would put in the effort. And most wouldn't want a wage for being useless.

Nobody will disagree about him being shit. Not our fault about the last 3 letters of his name. So what is there to moan about?

I'm not remotely offended, I don't understand why fans would have hatred towards a player who is clearly committed even though he's not that great. I guess if a player has done something specific I can see why someone might notlike them but I would never hate a player for not being very good...

I would imagine that Tudgay and Gadzhev will be playing their last game for us today, probably why he's started with them. Can't see them being retained. I've never heard of Camwell either,is he a child?
Been mentioned a few times on here as a promising player to be honest.

Highly rated.

I said sinilar last week and some idiots tried to argue it wasnt promotion form by being pedantic. Anything to pretend summer recruitment got us relegated lol

You'd rip up your contract if you thought you weren't very good? Just give up and go and get another job? I think I would play on and make as much money out of the short career as I could. I don't think he's that bad is he? Scores the odd goal and contributes sometimes. I like him...

This can still go either way. Hated wind like this in my playing days.

Considering that he took over a team that was already pretty much dead and buried and very low on confidence, the form has been superb. The summer (and January) recruitment certainly was poor, but Robins has proven that this team is capable than more of a relegation scrap, and that's even without him having the benefit of bringing in a single player or having a pre-season with the players he's been left with. Well done Robins, you get my vote for CCFC Manager of the Season 2016/17.

Bastards coming out fired up second half.
Come on lads no bickering today in the matchthread.
CWR saying Camwells yellow seems very harsh considering all the other fouls.

50/50 ball. Has been worse where he has waved play on.
