So then it goes back to why make bids that were never going to be accepted.

Was it just testing the water?
Nick i find his comment that he will not renew his box pretty poignent that he his hinting to the populus thinking about renewing ones season ticket
do you think its a pressure point on our owners?

Simple question Nick. Why do you always and at every chance deflect and defend SISU. As Brylowes has pointed out you do this with alarming regularity, as well as attack anyone that tries to help our cause. Do you suffer from "Memory loss?"

Again, somebody else who doesn't actually raise points or discuss them. You are just trying to give it the Sisu defence line and jump in.

You are constantly wrong about everything you post and make yourself look a massive twat in the process.

I am cynical of the bids, I have also posted multiple times I hope they eventually go through. I have also posted (as have others) that I am cynical because I want them to work and be accepted. I am cynical because I want to be convinced (that's not saying I deserve to be or should be before anybody starts) rather than just saying how great it is without any information.

Sorry if that sort of thinking is a bit above the froth level where people just shout "sisu should get what they are given" type crap you get hard for.

If you and Ashdown want to start posting up proof about SISU being my "paymasters" then feel free to crack on with it, it should be great for a laugh.

Course it is, said from the start that it would be trying to make people not renew to try and force a sale. It was obvious that it is the direction it would take.

It's been followed up with fans groups going on about a boycott and the telegraph posting outrage about the season ticket prices that came out a month ago.

Virtually everyone has dissed SISU a lot in the past.

Who wouldn't?!?

Surely we're the club of all clubs to be cautious when Emperor's New Clothes are on offer, though?

As said before, the catch 22 is that anybody meeting SISU's value is probably a nutter who can't run a business sensibly. however, making bids with add-ons etc. is fine on one level, but what's unproductive is projecting such bids in certain ways.

it's not £20mil;

It won't be accepted by SISU;

GH is more than welcome to keep bidding. Wouldn't it be great if he did end up with a deal that SISU and he were happy with, and could work for both, and that he had the backers to progress the club;

IMHO, JS should speak with GH. She's under no obligation to however;

The constant drip-feed of info is unhelpful in the extreme IMNSHO. the only way it could be is if it were to flush other interested parties out. unfortunately, I fear the (social) media games will have the opposite effect, and make SISU dig their heels in more, and become more intransigent;

When it comes down to it, we know so little about much of this bid (some of that not unreasonably) that to make a judgement that it's a fantastic deal for SISU and CCFC is naive. it may be, but we don't know;

In contrast, what does come out (about handing over our last remaining asset, and offering SISU a proportion of our revenues going forward) is concerning, in my view.

I see what you mean about Ryton but with a decent plan in place going forward I'd be happy for it to go and then rebuild from the ground up. Might not be very good for the first couple of years but it would be a clean break.

Obviously if he can buy that also it would be better but if it was a bargaining tool to make it happen, let it go.

PS. If he does go with my crowdfunding idea then I want a free bit of pitch in my honour ;)

Ask for his details and sue him for slander like the cry baby wanted to do to me.

It's a hell of a leap to suggest that the owners are stripping assets and cutting funds everywhere, but on the other hand will open their wallets for a ticket woman to lie and for someone on the internet to change absolutely nobody's mind about them.

Yeah, I doubt any City fan has an emotional attachment to a training facility. Not like it's Highfield Road or anything. If it helps get rid of SISU then chuck Ryton into any deal.

Hahaha Don't you think you make yourself look a twat every time you jump to SISU's defence? Don't you think you make yourself look a twat every time you attack possible owners, eg Hoffman. You're a wum nothing more.

Where have I attacked Hoffman? Where have i been personal about him? Where have I taken the piss out of him as you put it?

You keep banging on about Wums, but you don't seem to see the irony.

Nobody is jumping to their defence or really even mentioning them.

It's not the emotional attachment that's a concern, it's the lack of a firm base, and the fact it's easier to be chucked out of rental.

If bidders have the resource, they could buy Ryton anyway and then dispose of it whenever better was found. If they don't have the resource to do that however, do they have the resource to fund the club going forward?

Ideally if they could come in and buy it all, but if they had a decent plan to rebuild going forward I don't think it would be that big a loss if it made something go through.

I see your point about it being worrying if they don't have the resource, as they could just spend the money on that and maybe even turn a profit for the club.

In the lovely fluffy world they could build something even more community based and something with added revenues going forward.

I'm resigned to the club losing it, it is the only asset left of any real value, it will go in the next 18 months, I feel sure.
Otherwise the club relies on the Academy & other transfer dealings for income.

Agree. Obviously with the proviso we have somewhere else to permanently train. If Hoff has offered Ryton then he must be confident of finding alternative facilities.

Btw... I'm talking about your attitude in support of SISU and against anyone trying to do our club a massive favour, nothing to do with "Paymasters".. but hey! "Jump to conclusions..You usually do!...I'll post millions of your posts in support of SISU if you like though!

Well, if we - under SISU or Hoff - find another training base then it doesn't matter. And how many years is 168 months?

Didn't take you long to move the goalposts did it?

I asked him to prove it, you then replied and started going off on one.

It isn't jumping to conclusions, it is being able to read.

Nobody is supporting SISU, they are talking realistically in how to make them go as sadly just frothing like a twat won't do it else I'd be giving you thousands of likes for making them go.

Nobody else needs to support SISU... You do a good enough impression all by yourself.

Christ, so to sum it up you have no actual view on what was being discussed and you aren't going to raise any points?

Instead, it's just a countdown until you mention Estimate facts or some bollocks like that.

Agree every bid has to be assessed carefully, this latest one is worrying without a structured plan behind to be able to operate the club in a positive manner and not slip into the same trap we are currently in. Personally I would like a clean break but with the current deals may mean remain with sisu in some shape and form which isn't healthy.

I hope a decent deal can be structured but always concerned how easily this information gets out in the public forums which is suspicious. Frying pan and fire comes to mind...
