Lying? How's that? I said fixtures are moved due to exceptional circumstances? I'm sure it's fine and dandy that they've applied for primacy to people like you and Tony (notice he liked your post) who wouldn't know what day of the week we are playing?

I guess daring to criticise your mates at wasps has bought you out on Sunday

If you read back you've actually said that they can't be moved and in another post you've said that they can be moved in exceptional circumstances.

So as you've contradicted yourself by definition one of those statements you've said has to be wrong at the very least. I'll let others decide if it was a deliberate lie or not.

I liked his post because as he pointed out you've been caught out and as usual it's your words against yours that have caught you out. Tough luck buster.

No mates of mine, never been to a rugby match, rugby is boring, how many rugby matches you been too, you already admitted being on Wasps mailing list for free tickets, that must be because you go to see them or send your clients there, just as bad.

I'm on schools foundation that received numerous wasps offers.

The reality you never pop up on match day threads and seemed very interested in yesterday's wasps game as other posters have pointed out

You've even admitted that the exceptional changes are big events not a change of primacy which is totally different and could in theory mean changing 14 fixtures.

The fact they want it will disturb CCFC fans so I'm not surprised that the likes of you, dongle, Italia are trying to deflect it. I have some sympathy with Tony (who I assume is posting in an attempt to look clever but still appears like baldrick on a bad day) as he believes he is impressing by joining in with the gang.

Lol the fixtures for ours come out before theirs they are officially published and can't be changed.

They get changed all the time we had a couple changed last season I believe and then Sky pick and choose when you play if your on the tele.

They can be moved, they can't be moved, they can be moved. You need to make your mind up and stick to that one story. This thread is only four pages long and you've changed your mind three times already on this depending which point you're trying to make. You're making yourself look more than a little silly now.

Really, can you tell me what school, I want to report to them how you lack respect for other posters and frequently call them idiots, morons and other names.
Of course I do post on match threads occasionally, anyone can check that and it will show you're lying again. Not even subtle about it.
Finally I never discussed changing schedules at all, I proved by referring to an EFL website that important events including rugby matches were taken into account by the EFL before they published their fixture list, something you lied about by saying they did no such thing.

Why do you lie, lie and lie again?

Jack you've just started a thread that shows you look at a known racists Twitter account.

You post on match threads only when accused of not doing so.

I and many others on here believe you are not and never have been a CCFC fan

You follow and support on Twitter many enemies of CCFC

Nick Eastwood wants to change who has the supremacy over fixtures - it's an issue for CCFC fans

Certainly not an issue for Council Dart

Did I miss you explaining why the FL can't say no, unless Wasps get an agreement with the RFL that their games will be alternative Saturdays to CCFC?
Also the FL can just say no can't they as CCFC have primacy?
Or is that not the case?

we could salute the magic of Tranmere in the 80s and play on a Friday night!
Worryingly, this might help sisu put a case to FL for moving us out of Cov again.
Exactly my thoughts , Friday nights or Sunday's is an option !

But here's a thought , I don't think it will apply to next season [ season tickets already on sale ]

But the season after next ? There might NOT be a football club playing at Ricoh !!!

You are clearly too stupid to realise that I don't have to follow something on twitter to have seen it. Another account I follow retweeted Hopkins and I was curious enough to look see and was shocked by what I saw. Also following a twitter account is no indicator of support, I'm currently following Corbyn, Abbott & McDonald even though I don't actually support them.

As for supporting City I initially went up from 1969-70 in the days of Ernie Hunt, Willie Carr, Brian Alderson, Bill Glazier, Spider, Blockley, Tommy Hutch, Colin Stein etc. After Uni and a number of years I spent away from Coventry I came back and started watching City again in the mid to late 90's and had a season ticket for about 15 years till Northampton happened. After that I became an implacable enemy of SISU and my primary focus is against them. If that don't suit you tough tittty, I'm not changing my stance, I'll fight till they are out.

The fixtures body takes all sorts of issues into account, like Party Conferences, events like the Nottingham Goose Fair and Shrewsbury Flower Show.
The draft schedule is tweaked and sent out to all clubs in March, with a form asking them to respond with any specific requests.
How do you suggest we send that information to the FL before they draw up the fixtures when Wasps fixtures are published after ours?

Clearly something is going on otherwise why would Eastwood need to announce it?

I don't know, the EFL do their preliminary work by March. Last seasons Aviva fixtures were announced on 7th July, maybe Wasps made a late application to the rugby fixtures people. I think it is more likely to be a cock up than a more sinister reason. It ain't gonna please either the EFL or the RFU at this stage is it.

PS the main reason given in the CT article hutch posted above is that Wasps feel that playing home on Sun followed by away on Sat gives them one less day to recovery than other teams any puts them at a disadvantage. Sounds a credible if very marginal disadvantage.

so City get primacy according to that, good.

The EFL regs require the Football club to have primacy at the venue where their fixtures are played.

I don't think this move by Wasps will effect City in the slightest.

What will effect City a great deal will be a failure to secure a venue after next season.

might ?

the clubs preferred option is BPA, so we have to assume that where we will be in 12 months, nothing to suggest otherwise

If there is news about a ground improvement contract to increase capacity to EFL minimum of 5000 and safely assessment to approve the ground for CCFC fixtures (as the demand is likely to exceed 5000 by some way) I might believe it, till then no I don't think there is anything in this whatever.

What about Jon Sharpe not wanting to deal with sisu?

TF “Jon Sharp has made a statement over the last day or so which shows his commitment, as long as we have some form of mediation, because Jon believes it is right and appropriate because peace and reconciliation in this city.“

You'll need to challenge our chairman then who has stated this...

Good excuse but less than half of their away games this season have been on Saturdays.

You mean break the contract for next season?
Its their ground, if they say they aren't letting us play on Saturdays then contract or not we won't be playing Saturdays.

And of course after next season it will be a new contract, unless we move away, and nobody knows what the terms of that one will be.

Does raise the question that if we have primacy why have we had games moved in the past to allow for other Ricoh events?

this. we are tenants. landlord can do what they want. its up to our owners to do the best for our club, which, next summer will be the butts

And If Cov want priority on Saturdays where do we stand?
Will the league kick us out if we fail to find a ground to play on that allows us to play on a Saturday?
We want what is best for CCFC but they want what is best for them just like Wasps want what is best for them, unfortunately at the moment we are bottom of the pile as we own nothing and have little say in what goes on.

So until we build our own ground we will be facing these dilemmas more often.
Or we have owners who are prepared to nogotiate us a better deal.

we play on sundays, and no, the FL concern is fulfilling the fixtures, which we could do, just on a handful of sundays due to a clash of fixtures

this whole thread seem to be based on being annoyed at landlords doing what they want with their premises.

Surely we should be more concerned with what the owners of ccfc do ?

Exactly so the rules can be changed so all this priority stuff is bollocks.

Has anyone been kicked out of the league for breaking any of the rules set by our weak football authorities?

For what it's worth Fisher stated at the Trust meeting that he thinks Wasps will agree to a new deal at the Ricoh. This was obviously before Wasps recent announcement that they are willing to discuss a new deal. It would seem both parties see us at the Ricoh next season. I think Sisu's interest in the BPA will continue until they have to put money into the project. I am sure things will go very quiet then.
