Not quite sure how you can expect to measure swing in a safe Lab seat...

As I say Brexit was decided after these two votes. The second result if put across the country would have an 80 majority for the Tories as they gained on Labour

Considering the exit polls I'm surprised that the tories are still around 4/7 to get the majority on the betting exchange I use.

Bloke who did the Exit poll now claims a 40 seat majority on the margin of error is very possible

We will see-they have been pretty on the money before. For the sake of your prediction not being an abject failure you'd better hope that is the case.

This is another random question from somebody who knows nothing.

If Corbyn or May have their own constituencies, what happens if they don't get voted in? Are they immediately sacked off as leaders?

They can still be party leaders but couldn't take a place in government.

Yes you would have a leadership campaign. Whilst technically they could still be leader, in reality in wouldn't happen. So you could in theory have a government with a majority but then have a leadership campaign.

I just don't think we're going to see any sort of uniform swing across the country or even in neighbouring constituencies. The young turning up and brexit have put everything into flux.

People who are leaders only tend to be in safe seats to stop it from happening.

Pussies. Imagine their faces when the results got read out.

Unlikely though as you say, just in theory.

Quite like watching the results come in, as said earlier though I don't really have a preference and pretty much "urg" either way. Didn't get to spoil my paper but will next time.

SISU = Conservative
You with £100b = Labour

How do you have faith in this fella to represent your views in Nuneaton? Can you see him strolling through Camp Hill calling on the people to follow him?

It's what does my head in with politics. Strolling round in their tweed suits with some arselickers following them like they are a hero when they want a vote from you.

Edit: I know I really should have spoilt the paper to show my displeasure of it all and I 100% will next time.

Nobody got a clue as to how this will finish. 'Experts' still saying anything between no majority to 100 seat majority.

It's alright, Judge Rinder on the case on channel 4. Next up Jeremy Kyle tells Corbyn to put something on the end of it.

The people predicting a Tory landslide are hoping against hope that the exit poll is drastically wrong, whereas the few who predicted a different outcome are reluctant to commit to it just in case. Truth is the exit poll isn't the only robust survey that has predicted this outcome.

No that's right. Some polls have has got tories winning by 80 seats. The yougov chap said it could be 100 seats out. No one knows. If they did we wouldn't bother talking about it
