Slow day in the office - a thought occured to me randomly that I must now have done a fair few grounds with Cov...racked my brains and came up with the following:
1 - Brentford
2 – Leyton Orient
3 - Millwall
4 - Wycombe
5 - Oxford
6 - Gillingham
7 - Charlton
8 - Wimbledon
9 – Port Vale
10 – Tottenham
11 – Arsenal
12 – Norwich
13 – Bristol City
14 – Crystal Palace
15 – Derby
16 – Swindon
17 – Yeovil
18 – Chesterfield
19 – Notts County
20 – Sheffield United
21 – Peterborough
22 – Rochdale
23 – Brighton
24 – Southend
25 – Portsmouth
26 – Southampton
27 – Reading
28 – West Ham
29 – Northampton
30 – Birmingham
31 – Walsall
32 – West Brom
33 – Watford
34 – MK Dons
35 – Leeds
36 - QPR
37 – Preston
38 - Dagenham

Don't do loads of game as and have only been travelling for the last few years but am hoping to get a good few more this year e.g. Crewe, Lincoln, Grimsby etc.

I'm sure many can beat this total but I'd be interested to see who has the most - Kev Monks must be on for the full 92 just following CCFC down the leads by the end of this season!

No idea at all. Can't even remember all those I did last season. There has been a few times that I thought I was visiting for the first time until I got there

Just added them all up based on grounds visited of current 92 FL clubs
So, 51
Might be couple of more if clubs now relegated from FL.

I've done 47 grounds with CCFC (20 Wins, 13 Draws, 20 Losses.....seen more than one result at some grounds)
Of the Current 92, the figures are 43/16/12/19
Overall been to 65 Football Grounds, and 49/92

That's impressive - knowing the results of all your games! I've seen City at 57 away grounds, and also went to West Brom with my dad to see them play Spurs in the very early 60's, a 4-4 draw, although I remember nothing of the game. So I feel the need to see us at West Brom, when is that likely to happen?? Hope to get half a dozen new grounds this season, can't wait till tomorrow morning!

Impressive?

How do you all know? Do you all keep count?

I don't even have a clue how many my little boy has been to and he has only been going for 3 years.

Had completed the 92 (153 current grounds in 17 countries in total) until Forest Green came up so will have to complete it again this season. I reckon 75-80 of those have been with City.

I'm one of these sad people who enjoy spreadsheets so set up one which automates all of this and involves spending about one minute filling in a new row per ground. It took me about an hour to set up originally a couple of years ago filling in the 40 or so historic rows. Also needed a bit of help from the 11v11 website.

Completing the 92 with CCFC would be the ultimate (but could well be impossible)....be interesting to know how close you can get this season to doing that?

The way we have crashed down the leagues in recent years, we are definitely giving our fans a chance to achieve this....just need a cup tie at the Etihad etc.
Some other clubs who rose or fell quite quickly, like Swansea, Blackpool, Bristol C, Portsmouth, Wigan, Brighton, Burnley, Wolves, Notts County have offered up similar opportunities.

Me too!

On 57 of the current 92 now (some of which on many occasions) and hoping to add at least another 10 this coming season. Hopefully it'll be our only chance to play these minnows as Robins embarks on back to back to back promotions on his Jimmy Hill-esque revolution.

I hope your all as excited for the fixture release tomorrow as I am!

The "real 92" is a virtual impossibility. League games only. Own club only. Current grounds only. A ground only counts during it's current stint in the 92. That's only doable for fans in L2 and it's not really feasible for 99.9% of fans. I count current grounds with the home club. I've actually lost 2 including Spurs. Doubtful that'll be too hard to tick off with 90k seats!

Few on there I want to do. Do your map. Tells you how far you've travelled etc. Done mine - cjcovblaze (Coventry City supporter) - Football Ground Map

I'm one of those saddos that have kept a record of every football match ever been to. Have visited 82 of the current 92, 77 with Coventry. In total, have seen Cov play at 102 grounds and have been to 143 altogether, many non league. All on a spreadsheet, with help from my son, who is only 2 behind me in the race to the 92. Recently saw my 1000th Coventry goal (George Thomas v Port Vale) (999 was at Wembley!) Can't beat going away, potentially 8 new grounds this season.
