Paying for ST in monthly installments (1 Viewer)

I have renewed my ST and have chosen to pay monthly, but have not yet had anything through from the finance company.

How long does this normally take? Do they send info by post or by e-mail?

Pretty quick. I did mine through the installment method. Sure I pretty much got everything within a week.

I take it you applied and got a successful application message back from them?

I did the monthly option online, I didn't get a response via text or email like it said it would, I gave it a week thinking it was probably a slow response as my account showed the season ticket was bought but on hold. In the end i called the ticket office up and they couldn't see my application for the finance, so I had to cancel and reapply on the phone and went through fine this time, might have the same issue.

If you did it online you get a confirmation email and all the usual credit agreement stuff immediately. They send you the confirmation of installments within a couple of days. Ive paid 2 bloody installments already !
If you have it set it up it should show on your online ticket account as a live season ticket.

Im back and going to be super nice to everyone this year.

I did mine online and got no response although it was approved.. I contacted them and they said it was indeed approved and my not receiving a code had something to do with my email, so they sent the registration sign up code again and that time I got it immediately. Had to digitally sign something and that was it.

Did it last weekend.
Received confirmation of purchase from club but nothing from finance company.
Finance company should contact you and say you have been successful and then they send you a code to complete the application if I remember rightly.

If I recall correctly now, I went online and applied and it said a finance check is made and they will then get back to me and confirm or decline.

They then contacted me saying it was approved and send they were sending me a code to complete the application. I am sure this was by email.

When I didn't get the code I rang them. Just checked my call log on my phone, but unfortunately it doesn't go back that far.

Try Zebra Finance 0133 268 0400.

That's just a contact number I have found on the internet.

Has anybody tried this?

I tried to sign into my account to check that my season ticket had been loaded up but the only sign-in on the website took me to i follow.
I emailed the club, which was acknowledged, but so far no explanation on how to get to my ticket account.

No, not that number. That is a Zebra Finance contact, but I have just found my documents and mails. The contact for CCFC ST's is tel no. 01332 680 400.

My initial email says 'Thank you for applying etc. Your application has been approved, but your ticket purchase cannot proceed until you have executed the loan agreement. Please click link below.'

You have to click the link. They also send you a pin by text. You have to enter the pin in the opened link page.

Hope that helps.

Whilst I respect the decision made by people to obtain a Season Ticket through the club's own monthly instalments scheme, I do sometimes wonder why people don't get a 0% on purchases credit card and buy a season ticket outright with that, and spend less in the long run when paying off the credit card bill.

Yeah never understand it.

Never had a credit card and don't want one. Don't even want the temptation or the lure to go and buy something.

I just like to know how much money I actually physically have. I would find a credit card too tempting in times of need.

I have found out what to do if you want to access your ticket account

Ignore "sign in" on home page
Go to Tickets -> Buy online / ticketmaster -> sign in -> click on your name at top of screen to open account details

Sorry if I'm boring anyone who already knew

Had no joy so far.......
Finance company weren't interested, told me to phone ticket master.
Ticket master couldn't help so told me to phone ccfc and gave me a number of 0333 3213134.
They couldn't help so put me through to box office at the butts. The lad there was working cover as the normal lady is on holiday so couldn't help either. He took my number and says someone will call me back.

Oh. Sounds like a right old kerfuffle.

Why are Ticketmaster involved? That confuses me.

I went to the CCFC site, said I wanted to pay in installments and I'm pretty sure it took me straight to Zebra Finance.

You would have ordered the ticket through ticket master :)

It would still be through the Ticketmaster site :p
Yeah, but I would have expected it just to be a 'powered by.

Down to the finance company to give you a go ahead. For some weird reason it appears Jas hasn't even got past the initial CCFC webpage trying to order ST's.
