Reid is shit, I can't see another club wanting to sign him (if they do they must be desperate)

There's plenty of desperate clubs out there, and plenty of managers who think they'll be the one to get the best out of a player.

Just up to Reid to lower his wage expectations.

Does Kyle Finn not play that role too if I'm correct in thinking?
Any u18 watchers know?

Yes you are correct, watched the youth set up for years now. Finns best position is 10 but quick on the wing with a deadly left foot. Plenty more to come from him this season!

Came on on the right last night, thought he was left footed as he always wanted to cut in

Don't hold your breath - no doubt he will continue to do just the same if no other club is foolish enough to snap him up.

Can we not send Reid off to the Scottish league, to join the other motley crew?

Thats a funny one. I wonder how much of his wages we have to pay

Bit shit thinking about it as I doubt it frees up a lot of funds to bring in a replacement like him signing for them full time would

dont get it, hes left cov in league 2 to player for a team in league 2 that has shitter ground and less liekly to get promoted? hmmmmmm

im sure its freed up some wages even if only 50%, sure MR will be looking for a winger to bring in now

Kyle Reid and Jordan Turnbull are prime examples of when offering out contracts goes horribly wrong.

Think we failed on the character assessment check.
Great that Reid has been moved on,even if only on loan.
Any transfer, even Neymar, is a gamble and some work, some don't for various reasons.
I think that Reid is surplus to Robins requirements and going to Colchester will be a wake up call to the player. If he thinks he is better than league two then he has to prove it.

Needs to do some soul searching while there.

Not a Robins type of player. Is a bit non-pleased and just hasn't the commitment and work rate that Robins asks for. Could have been another Moussa bags of talent and far too good for league 2 but his attitude lets him down and his inconsistency means we're not bemoaning the fact that he's left.

Glad he won't play for us again but thanks for the Wembley memories.

It's a 6 month loan isn't it? He isn't match fit either.
Even if he gets match fit they won't notice much difference.

I dont get the thing about Robins not being the type of manager to get the best of Reid. He did pretty well with Moussa, McGoldrick and Baker, even got Barton playing a role at the end of the games...

As for Reid, no real loss.
The only person who can get the best out of Reid is Reid and he quite clearly doesn't want to be here or give a shit. I'm glad he's out the door, if I was Robins I'd have been trying all summer.

He was quite good at running down the left wing with the ball on his left foot and shielding it with his body then when someone tried to tackle him he'd win a foul every time. That was fun but won't be missed. Be seeing you.

Let's hope they like him at Colchester and sign him permanently in January, I don't want to see the waste of space back here
