Another CB which looks like being Pearson. If Turnbull leaves I would seek another CB as well.
Another striker which may be Morehouse
If Reid leaves we need a replacement winger.
If MR thinks DionKE is more of a development squad player at the moment then I'd acquire another RB too.

1 more GK to be understudy to Burge and another striker to keep Ponticelli further away from the first team so I won't be gutted when he's sold for 300k next July.

Pretty certain we won't be getting any more keepers in now. MR seems happy with Burge with LOB for the bench. Would imagine RCC will leave, whether permanently or on loan. Addai will play the u23 games and can deputise for the bench. Always have the option of bringing in a loan keeper if needed too. Plenty of good keepers warming benches higher up the leagues.

I think our recruitment is probably done now bar signing up one or more of the current trialists. Moorehouse seems likely to get a deal and then one of the defenders. Possibility of a couple more joining on loan closer to the season starting.

I would be happy if we signed:

Pearson as the CB
Centre Midfielder
Winger to play either of the two wide positions of the 3 behind the striker.

I'm not sure we will sign another striker, with Beavon and Biamou and Ponticelli as the furthest forward I think more options for the three behind will be important.
Would be very happy with 3 more permanent signings.

Ay? 4 goalkeepers?
I was joking. Just think there's plenty of decent keepers out there and that it's a position we could and should have genuinely improved on. If LOB really is only going to be back up we might as well have kept RCC when he's under contract, rather than risk not being able to move him on. Even if Robins didn't fancy RCC he's only the back up keeper and unlikely to be needed. I find it baffling considering how well the rest of the signings have been planned out this time round.

I think we have to accept that successive managers have seen something in Burge that we don't. Perhaps they can't all be wrong and he will turn in to a decent keeper at some stage.

I can't see us signing any more strikers either, other than Moorhouse possibly.

Turnball and Reid will go.

Pearson will sign he can play cb or rb

Moorhouse I think will sign and play mainly right side of the forward three

Then I think Robin's will go in for another CM, LW and a striker

GK: LOB, Burge, RCC
RB: Grimmer, DiKE
LB: Stokes, Haynes
CB1: New Signing, Hyam
CB2: McDonald, Willis
DM1: Doyle, Shipley
DM2: Kelly, Stevenson
RM: New Signing, Vincetti
AM: McNulty, Beavon
LM: New Signing, Jones
ST: Biamou, K Thomas, Ponticelli

So three new signings (CB, RM, LM) Pearson and Moorehouse can be the first two then some pacy kid from higher up the leagues on loan.

Pearson, moorhouse, another striker or winger and a cm and id be very happy

I think Shipley will break through this season in CM. Robins seems happy with him in pre-season. Also anyone we sign would be third or fourth choice. I'd rather give a kid a go than pay someone to sit on their arse.

I will be amazed if MR isn't after a goalscorer, apart from possibly signing Moorhouse that is.
Maybe on loan but we need goals.

Problem is loan strikers are usually unproven, especially any that would be loaned to our level.
Armstrong was an exception, not a norm, and he went cold after half a season.

Think it's too early to say we've got no goals. It'll be the lowest level a few of our strikers have played so we don't know how they'll fair.

I remember everyone saying we lacked goals before the Arma/Murphy season.

I'm sure I read on here most of the promoted teams aren't filled with 20 a season players. If the team dominates games someone will score a hatful.

Biamou @ Sutton, Marc Mcnulty @Livingston and league two with pompy, Beavons most appearances came at Didcot Town, K Thomas played in League two for Notts county.
