Indeed it is, but every team is looking for that 20 goal a season striker.
I trust in MR to bring the right players in and get the best out of what we have already, with the likes of Ponti.

I wouldn't even bother mate , there's no pleasing some

Just seen this, I'm going to get a mighty ducks top in support and as an excuse!

Look forward to seeing him play

So, with this (surely!) being the last signing before the season starts, are we happy with our dealings over the summer?

Another positive is he has played a decent amount of mens/international football, unlike the likes of Wright and the lad we took from Derby last year where we were the first real chance for them to play.

But isn't that what we need?

We have out & out strikers, you just want different one's. If we aren't scoring after a few games moan then. We've signed a few players you don't know much about so you're assuming they aren't capable of scoring. Let's just wait and see before we judge.

Few comments on social media from Wolves fans:

got yourself a decent player there!

hasn't broken into the first team yet, but been banging them in for the u23's. Have a look on his insta, a few of them are on there

Only played 23's mate but scored some bangers this pre-season

Brought in January - hasn't broken into the 1st team but been regular within the academy setup and has started to find the net recently. Hope he does well as the potential is certainly there

we signed him for the reserves last January. Been banging them in for them in pre-season. Few calls for him to get a chance in the 1st. Might do well for ye I reckon.

We signed him from India aha. Tbf has looked decent in the U23s

Average at best! Mind you he's only ever appeared for our U23's. Could be alright now he's got a chance!

It's never ever guaranteed, but sometimes it's completely unexpected 'but it happens.
In our position it will always have to be a bit of a gamble, as we are not in the market
For a proven goal scorer as they cost money in fees and contracts, let's hope it pays off

We've had 4 strikers in recent seasons who've scored shed loads of goals.

Judging by the 2nd, looks like he is used to mens football a bit too!

How the hell did he chip it over the keeper like that? Still can't even work out which foot he used!

Just looking on Transfermarkt for his time in India:

So 1 minute on the pitch against Mumbai and it still counts as an appearance. And without playing in a dedicated role, we might have someone to get the fans going (in a positive manner :) )

Just what I wanted, a tricky AM on loan and a CB. I love Robins, one of the few managers you feel is watching the same game as you.

I still think someone might surprise a few this season in terms of goals if we are making the chances.
