He quite clearly says he doesn't think it's a valid excuse to not go to watch CCFC.
Why the attitide nick?

If someone is nopm because they feel we will be taken out of city again i for one cant really get too angry at thrm. We have previous after all

In my opinion there will be no discussions with Wasps re the Ricoh as long as sisu are still involved in legals, having said that I don't think they (Wasps) will see us on the streets so to speak and would allow a short term deal again, whether that suits the FL and their rules could be a different issue though.

Because I was just translating what he said in English into simpler English as you seemed to read it as something completely different.

Because:

- The zebra crossing isn't wide enough.
- There isn't enough car parking.
- The train station platform is too big.
- The seats have too much white colour on them.
- Trump went there once.

I've long suspected you're mental, but if you're from Earlsdon, pass there regularly, and still think you can fit at 25,000 stadium in there with the necessary surrounding infrastructure then my suspicions have been confirmed!

I wouldn't say 25,000 necessarily, but pushing past 20,000 for sure.

It isn't a valid excuse for not going this season, quite the contrary actually if you believe the club will not be playing in Coventry.

Now despite nicks trolling i am not arguing with u fernando

To me that reads like if ur worried we might be taken out of coventry thats not a reason to not go games.

But for me it is as its tied into nopm ehich is about lack of confidence in the owners. Same as transfer fees wont go back into budget.or they will sell our best.players at.xmass etc. If ppl believe sisu will take us away from cov i can understand why they might stay away

no chance. Unless the park became part of the project, that would be a game changer.
Trouble is that's a public park with a kids playground and also Broomfield Place sits exactly opposite. That would mean having a football stadium right in front of a row of houses.

We would never own a share of the BPA Sharp has already confirmed that so let's get that one out of the way first.

Could you get a 25k stadium on the site? Can't see it myself but even if you could it ain't going to happen for the simple reason that CRFC don't want it and as it's already been confirmed we won't own any part of it we can't demand it. Staying on the even if you could theme if you did build it would you ever be allowed to fill it? Think about it. One shared entrance for both home and away supporters are the SAG ever going to issue a safety certificate for a full house for a football match there? Can't see it. Just look at Grimsby last week, an SAG by it's very nature will always always air on the side of caution.

It's pie in the sky. The most it's ever likely to be is a temporary solution should we find ourselves homeless and I doubt it would ever have a capacity bigger than 10K for football for the reasons I've just mentioned.

No way you’re getting a stadium bigger than 10k where the Butts is.
I know. Keep telling people that, but it doesn't seem to quite sink in. :)

If this had been mooted before the retirement village went up it might have been a goer, but not now and I think there would be outrage if the park went.

If the council are prepared to give up a bit of park I would suggest Coundon Hall Park, which is huge and you could have the stadium there and there would still be loads of park to spare.

A 10,000 seater stadium would sit nice and snug at the Butts Pk arena, 12.-15,000 Would be tight, and probably wouldn't allow for much room for the revenue spinning outlets needed to run alongside a modern stadium.
Any more than that is just a pipe dream being clung to and peddled by desperate people on here.

Another argument lost by you

Keep trying though . You got heart kid

You should get on the Newport forum, if you just randomly try to blind them with confusion it works :)

Sisu took us to northampton. Now the ricoh rent deal is coming to an end and you are saying anyone worrying about where we might go has no reason to?

He didn't say what you were on about in your reply, as if you had read something completely different.

I disagree. I have put it to him now too so lets see what he says

Either way no nees to be rude or patronising
Disagree about what? It's there in his quote what he said.

That's like you saying today is Friday and me saying "no it's not Monday" and then trying to say it's my opinion I disagree when you say you didn't say it was Monday.

I've heard from a reliable source that if we do the Checkatrade double we go straight in to the group stages of the Champions league

This reliable source has never let me down so I'm confident we will go straight into the group stages, he even predicted that Princess Di would die in a subway, he actually meant the sandwich shop not a road underpass, but hey he still got it right

Seems to be the new trend now for excuses not to go.

Let's face it, SISU have been a disaster, they've made many fans question their love for football, ripped a fanbase apart, and took us to the bottom.

But then they done the unthinkable, bringing back Robins, who, let's be honest, would of guessed him coming back? I certainly didn't, I could of picked 100 managers and still never mentioned Robins.

I know I'm a fine one to talk about this, but when you're AWOL to something you love, you see it all, from both sides.

And from the word go this summer, we seen a change in the club that we've been waiting years for, we had a glimpse of it under Mowbary, and we see it now after the start we've had, everyone being positive.

So it all leads to this question, where are we playing next season? I'm confident enough to say we'll be at The Ricoh, our owners really can't be stupid enough to move us away again, Wasps can't be stupid enough to get rid of an income they need. Common sense should prevail to answer the question to all those demanding to know where we'll play. It's a poor excuse not to go watch the team you love.

Some might see it as me being hypercritical, that's fine, my hands are up, I wasted to much time on SISU and politics of CCFC, I went back to where I began, loving CCFC and matchdays.

Most of you NOPM could do too, just remember this, you're not hurting SISU, you're only hurting yourself.

Have a good day PUSB.

Unfortunately in my opinion SISU's primary concern is not CCFC. It is SISU.
I have a horrible feeling they believe that Wasps' financial model is unsustainable. Like when they believed ACL's wasn't.
If they feel moving out will aid the downfall of Wasps. My humble opinion is they would make the same mistakes again. They probably still don't see the original moving out as a mistake but more a gamble that was worth taking.
On a lighter note the bigger the crowds we have, come the crunch time in negotiations. The stronger our position is. So it is in the interest of SISU to increase the crowds.

We will be at the Ricoh. Despite all the posturing it makes sense for both clubs.
