I don't think its quite like that. He was happy to come here but he's been offered silly money to go to India for a few months.
Given when their season ends and what Robins said about nothing happening at the moment with Baker I wouldn't be at all surprised if he's had a conversation with Robins and is going to cash in then come here for the rest of the season.
Its not like he'd agreed a deal here and then gone an signed for another L2 side. At his stage of his career you can't blame him for maximising his earnings.

Ends in March and I think he's only got a contract for one season so I'd presume once it ends he's a free agent an can sign for us if Robins wants him.
