Unlikely but hopefully if there are any protests or demonstrations in the future.
Or
People get to speak to Tim Fisher or Joy Sepalla. The focus is clear 'stop the stupid legal action that you won't win that is killing our club'

What makes you think “your killing our club” is going to stop them? It’s not like they don’t know the damage it’s doing.

Did the observer report the Sisu defeat in the last court appearance?

It must have done. It is a Coventry Newspaper that covers every significant development in this sorry saga.

If they didn't that would be the most embarrassing example that they are merely a rag that just reports what the owners propaganda under the pretence that it's a newspaper

See link in my last post above (it is actually all CCC storys from CO), looks like they didn't cover it!

The Law is just playing SISU at their own game. Allow them to appeal and spend many more £000s on legal professionals and then judge against. It's the only language Joy understands.

And also very lucrative for the self-serving judicial system. I'm sure we know how this is likely to end, but not before the legal eagles have put it all through the mincer (again) at £250 per hour. Nice work if you can get it.

So am I correct in thinking that you think the judicial system had leaked the news to someone and that this decision has been "known" by people for some time before the announcement ?
I'm correct in thinking accounts like yours suddenly turn up for a reason. Yes.

What PR was fired up?
You were probably going on about conspiracies when I was pointing out how obvious it was. :)

The games will no doubt ramp up

When this fails, what do they appeal then?

It was obvious they were going to lose the last time, down to 10 men and Sopala is shit in goals. They need a new solicitor upfront for the appeal

Interesting to know the Football League's position on this (although doubt they actually have one if history is anything to go by!!), given that Wasps won't talk to us until the court action is over, yet Fixtures will be due out mid June?! Will our home fixtures be listed with TBA next to them?

IMO we'll still be at the Ricoh. When push comes to shove, Wasps will grant another short term deal.

Yep that's a fair shout. You would think it would have to be sorted before the fixtures are released though?

I think you are probably right and fisher Seppala are possibly relying on it. But it means a further period of uncertainty because wasps will be in no hurry to get a deal done and the terms are unlikely to the same when one is done.

There is a niggling thought that Seppala wants to see the club kicked out so she can up the claim go to court again and blame everyone else.

Nope. Not a word about it. I remember some using "Les was on holiday" as the excuse. If that was the reason the CO office must be the size of a telephone box.

That has to be a real worry. I'd say that she wouldn't be so stupid as to repeat past mistakes but then you have to remember who we're talking about here.

Although I think you and Stu are right about us staying on another short term deal. If only because no one else wants us. Sharpe has pretty much ruled the BPA out and even if he hasn't a 3G pitch will , Cardoza is no longer involved in Northampton and according to a NT supporting mate of mine there's zero chance of the current owners offering Sixfields if only because they don't want to be seen as another Cardoza and no other midlands club would entertain us last time so why would they this time.
