By the Cov fans comment I actually meant that you are likely to get council people in here as there will be Cov fans working for the council. I can't imagine many Cov fans work for SISU.

Don't expect any negotiations for the Ricoh.

SISU will be happy, but this means crashing- the separate entity- CCFC. Unless Joy trades the JR2 card against a deal.

That's us out of Coventry in the summer then. Unless the appeal is rejected before then.
However I imagine Wasps will be well into whatever their back up plan for life without us by then. Like the council did.

If our owners move OUR club out of its home city again i think that will be the death knell of ccfc.

Why have they been given the right to appeal when their case was so roundly rejected first time round. On and on we go.

You forget that the club and sisu are the same thing. We're already based in London and play our home games in South Kensington.

As I understand it the appeal is against the reasoning in the first decision. It is not a full hearing of the case. If they win the appeal then JR2 will then take place. I would think there is little chance of jr2 being heard in 2017. A judge has been persuaded by written submissions that the original decision is worthy of court to examine it again.

If they got to and won jr2 then we move on to the compensation cases and appeals. None of which improves ccfc position any time soon. If they win jr2 it could go on for years yet

Every dog can have its day in court I think the expression goes. Personally I think the court system is used and abused far too often. Especially if you have access to significant funds

It shouldn't affect the team but can't help thinking people will be going oh ffs and lose further interest in the club. Frustrating just when results are picking up

exactly. Some floating fans see the owners lack of interest in the club and are influenced by this. It does affect CCFC.

The thing is non of this is done to try and right any wrongs done against CCFC. This is about SISU trying to screw some money out of a situation.

CCFC are the losers in this and have nothing to gain.
