George Thomas - Thanks!! (1 Viewer)

I know he's a local lad from Leicester, but he is showing to be quite a player, having put in some sterling performances for the Academy. He hit two against Chelsea last night and could be quite a bargain. Hopefully goes out on loan or into the first team squad

He should be doing ok he's gone from playing against men to playing against kids, just look how the under23 teams do in the cup, if he goes into your first team squad you are in a bad way.

His second one last night was the sort of finish we come to expect from him. Give him time to take a touch before shooting and more often than Not it was on target, atleast. However put him 1v1 and he was a bit rabbit in headlights, although admittedly he came on loads over the season so hopefully he's got over that hurdle!

As for his first, Musa didn't seem confident for a striker; why did he pass? Was almost a FIFA move when your blitzing an apponent and make the pass just to piss them off. But at 0-0, as a striker I thought he should have been having a go himself.

Didn't he cost you quite a bit?

He'll find his level - no doubt. Intelligent footballer. Likely his biggest obstacle at the top level may be lack of pace. I know a football brain seems more important, but most Premier League players seem to be 50% athletes and 50% footballers. May be more suited to playing abroad - Wales, perhaps ?

Glad he's doing well. Gave us our best moment in 30 years so will always get a decent welcome back from me. (Unless he scores against us)
