They were the reasons we won today, and why particuarly in the 2nd half we were playing without any passengers!

Both these players work like dogs and are appreciated by their team mates
Fans don't always see the guys doing the ugly stuff
Hope they're back soon and start scoring regularly
Hear, hear.

Both work hard for the team. Would say to call either of them passengers is way off the mark.

Disagree that it was the reason we won, but I do think we are a better team without them both. While both Beavon and Vincenti do a job in certain games, in others they are total passengers.

The players that came in today did a great job, and if nothing else it shows that we now have some genuine strength in depth. MR will have some thinking to do regarding selections in the coming weeks, and the competition for places can only be good for our promotion chances.

Some positive injury news in the U23s today - Dion K-E back after his concussion against Shrewsbury and Stevenson starting too. K.Thomas also playing - guess that's because he barely featured for Sutton this weekend unless his month loan is already up?

Anyone know how long Vincenti might be out for?

I thought Thomas played and scored for Sutton at the weekend?

Wrong Thomas.

Though the Beeb is confusing me. Kwame was on the bench and didn't come on, yet according to them scored in the 26th minute.

It was their left back, also called Thomas.

Gotcha. Didn't realise there were two Thomas's there.
Interestingly, a couple of games ago, Sutton lost 2-0 to Woking I think it was. Both goals were scored by RCCs brother.

Any injury news on Vincenti and Beavon?

The Sutton loan seems to be a bit of a waste of time for Thomas, doesn't seem to be getting much time on the pitch.

He was back playing for our U23's today, if you didn't know already Dave and got an assist in a 2-1 win over Ipswich.

Think there have only been 4 games since he has been there and he has started two? Been injured for one and on the bench for the other. Surely it’s better than sitting in the u23’s for us.

It was quoted when Haynes got injured that he would be out until at least mid-September, probably has a few weeks to go yet considering Robins hasn't even spoken on his situation.
