Poor second half.

I defo think some players look leggy. And with no playoff hopes for motivation I just think we not gonna play as well as can

Still have high hopes for next season.

Their second goal was offside, however defending for it was awful. Defence went to pot when Dennis Lawrence left.

Not odd at all. Players clearly saved themselves for Wembley and sacrificed possible play off place.
Many on here said we should throw everything at the cup too.
Fact is with our lack of squad depth you can't do both.

Yep. Teams know how to target Dasilva defensively, so at best he'd be a backup for LW. Palmer just wants to do Hollywood flicks rather than stuff that is actually constructive. I think Lati is knackered, hence his injury, but he does make errors, but then so does most of the rest of the defence.

Shame our defence hasn’t stepped up from that league like they have….

The tiered excuse is so poor. We have had tons of matches early on when we should have made wholesale changes to save legs or freshen things up yet just ran players in to the ground

Well the previous 2 season we finished well in the league and then started poorly at the start of the season. Doug King says he has a 5 year plan , Ipswich do it one season.

I'm sorry but 1 win, 1 draw and 5 losses in our last 7 league games is simply not good enough.

He was poor tonight but Palmer has 1 goal and 2 assists in his last 10 league games, O'Hare has 0 goals and 0 assists so no matter how much better O'Hare is he isn't doing it at the moment.

Didn't seem to be many staying to clap the players today.

Last time I wanted a season to hurry up and end was when we dropped to L2. Sick of watching too many piss poor players.

We are not that far off it, Ipswich have momentum and confidence that’s how we were at the end of last season. Whatever we do though Lati can be nowhere near that defence next season.

We’ve basically been on the beach for the last month apart from the Semi-final.

The next game has Coleman and Watford written all over it

Ipswich didn’t look that good, nor did Hull. We equalise tonight then immediately revert to the passive slow tempo stuff, pity really.

I've defended him, but I was wrong. The frustrating thing is that there's a player there. Think the issue is in his head. Tries the near impossible all the time rather than the simple obvious ball. Zero end product as a result.

Only positive for me is we’re one game closer to getting this season over with.

I’ll happily overlook this abysmal end to the season, if Doug puts his hand in his pockets in the summer so we can have a proper go next year.

Wouldn't say they have a better squad, just a better mentality and cohesion to what we have atm. A few of our players would walk into their team. They did try and sign Simms in the summer but couldn't afford him.

Problem with Palmer, like some of our players is he is 8/10 one week, 4/10 the next. As our number 10 we need a more consistent player.

Why can’t Palmer control a football simply without doing it his way which normally doesn’t come off, the same with a simple pass, he has to do an impossible one, which loses us possession. He drives me bloody bonkers. Robins teams selections are sometime bizarre, how the hell did DeSilva play in front of Bidwell, he’s half the player and his defending positional awareness is shocking.
we need to get rid of Collins, Lati ,OHare, DeSilva, kelly of course.
Its a big summer for King/Robins/vivesh

I'm not necessarily angry about tonight, it meant very little. It's the last few weeks. We should be looking forward to playoffs now.
