I agree with a lot of the comments made, winning games breeds confidence so to make so many changes was in my mind the wrong decision. Yes, we want to get to the Premier league but let's not forget a good cup run can bring in muchneeded extra finance, plus the winners get into Europe!
I think signing King will be a big mistake, sure he's done his time but its about role models to the young kids who support our great club. Its not as though this was his first offence. Lets set an example and have nothing to do with him. The Sky Blues don't need him.
Yes it was a good result and you are right about the midfielders, yet Eastwood still strolled around looking dis-interested with what was going on around him. He lacks confidence and having no reserve team doesnt give him the chance to get that confidence back. The supporters pay with their hard...
I'm relived the Westwood gossip was just that! At least we still have the makings of a decent team, its just a little light on numbers! Lets hope the last 2 results were a blip and after the international break things pick up!
I think it will be a great piece of business, I guess we will have him for a season or 2 then if we havent gone up we will no doubt sell him and make a little bit more profit!!
I'm in sunny Bristol, taken the stick from my neighbours, now ready in front of the tv ready for what could be a good start to the season, come on City!!
I agree with the other posts, its nice to see someone run the club like it should, as a business. They have a long term plan which was correct and its still early days in that plan. We want to be back in the Premier league and stay there when we do.
Why narrow the pitch when you have recently brought 2 wide men? Surely better to keep it wide for them, keeping it narrow will condense the game, guess the game on Sunday will answer this!
