We need a keeper who will be vocal in organising the defence at set pieces in my opinion. The defence needs to know what the keeper will be doing (ie coming for the ball ). In this instance defenders can concentrate on marking attackers rather than wondering what the hell the keeper is doing .

The signing of 2 experienced nasty bastard leader types would help the team hugely in my opinion . One in Central defence , one in midfield. We need more grit and people who are going to yell at others . This would be a massive benefit on the pitch.

The issue for me is that signings players to develop them comes with an element of risk. Some the club get right , others they get wrong. The ones that prove to be ineffective need to be moved on in some way. JDS is just not good enough in the position he is playing .Lati is jack of all and...
