Regardless of the fact those tweets are a load of bollocks, if you were Palestinian, what would you be supportive of exactly, and why? I’m guessing you’d support the actions of the IDF and Israeli government?
Very strange post
A shame when there are people in the thread who have correctly...
Most PNE fans seem to suggest right midfield / RWB are his best positions.
This is a no from me. My last “no” signing was Martin Waghorn and I was right about that one…
Can see what other teams see in JDS. He’s very comfortable in possession (maybe a little too comfortable) and generally good on ball.
However, he’s made some high profile mistakes with us, seems blissfully unaware of defensive dangers at times and maybe I’m being a little critical here but...
Wouldn’t say it’s particularly his job to play keep-ball. That being said, he does often try to force the issue at times and if we’re honest, it doesn’t work out as often as it should - the pass for Wrights goal the other week was what I’d want to see him doing more often.
You have to do better than this. You need to be more cryptic and we have to drag the information out of you slowly through repeated questioning. You will never be Saddlebrains.
A first choice left back if Bidwell is going is a necessity. I’m unsure DaSilva is right for us (but a good “footballer” technically). I’d take Sam as squad rotation, he was usually good defensively.
It would be, I also would like to be aiming higher than McCallum, I thought he was a decent enough player that being said and wouldn’t be unhappy to see him sign.
They have goals from all over, Chaplin, Broadhead, Hirst, Sarmiento has 5 or so, Wes Burns, Kiefer Moore, Hutchinson, think Harness has a few as well. It’s all well spread across a squad and not just 3/4 players.
Our first choice midfield is fine, but our inability to rotate the midfield between games without a significant drop in quality is the issue. Need at least one more centre mid to come in that would comfortably make our first 11.
They don’t move the ball quicker than us - about the same imo. They play in a similar way in terms of being direct but not in a long ball sense. We’re at our best when we’re not intent on playing keep ball.
Their front wide players are quick and they have composed finishers / goalscorers not...
