Trump is my favourite comedian of the year already

Impressively eloquent by current Presidential standards.

Historically true but this team has shown it relishes the one-off big occasion. Leicester/Wolves/Leeds/Man Utd. We'll never know but I would have really fancied our chances against anyone.

Disagree, with Simms and Wright full of goals, I would have fancied us more going into the play offs this season than last.

Match Thread Coventry City - Hull City Match Thread - Wednesday 24th Apr

My main frustration is that we would've had a massive shout in the play offs against anyone.

No doubt about it. Birmingham game players had one eye on Wembley and possibly Southampton too. I said at the time I'd choose play offs over a cup run and the fact remains that for a squad of our size you can't do both. Having said that we've given the football world two of the greatest ever...

    Peter Bankes needs investigating

no one will ever convince me that if that was Man U scoring that last minute goal, some twat looking at a monitor would have disallowed it.

with respect you prove nothing by arguing a case for a VAR decision which is reliant on some groundsman's grass mowing.
  12. SIR ERNIE

    Those 60 seconds

Me neither, just another dull PL game. In fact if it wasn't for the massive financial boost promotion would give the club, I'd prefer us to stay in the Championship as long as it stayed VAR free.

It's ironic that the 'offside' still frame generated by VAR officials actually proves that wright was onside.
  14. SIR ERNIE

Get VAR in the fucking bin

Thing is they pay endless attention to drawing lines on toes 50 yds apart but ignore the fact that the lines are reliant on an arbitrary decision on the precise moment that the ball leaves the passers foot. It's not accurate at all, it's totally fucking inaccurate and open to abuse.
