I will be there.

Am i right in saying that if we fail to win then we'll set a new club record for most league games without a win (15)?

If so, purely on that basis, i've got to predict a win, although we've not won away on a weeknight all season except in the Checkatrade. 1-0 City, with Reilly getting it.

I'm in London that day and would've gone in the evening.

But realised it's Valentine's Day so not sure the wife would appreciate it...

We're as good as down. At some point, the pressure will ease and we'll pick up points.

Still think we'll lose 2-0.

I'll be there too. Hoping to see us win a 7 goal thriller. More likely we'll end up seeing the Dons win by a couple.

Aaah, schoolboy error my friend. I had the same dilemma - it's my local game as can get a train from my local station for 20 mins to the ground, direct. But yes, St Vs day, so how to get out of it?

The answer is that during December I told Mrs Oucho that this game was coming up on a weeknight ..
Oucho: "it's dead local for us, we won't have to do our usual 200 mile round trip to Coventry or take ages going into London and then out again for an away game".
So she goes "yeh, ok" whilst distracted doing something else
Oucho: "It's Feb 14th by the way"
"Alright" (still distracted)

So I get us the tickets, and a few weeks later:
Mrs Oucho: "so what are we doing for Valentine's Day?"
Oucho: "Well we're going to Wimbledon after work for the football, aren't we?"
Mrs Oucho: "What?"
Oucho: "Don't you remember, I asked if you wanted to go to Wimbledon and you said yes"
Mrs Oucho: "Yes but I didn't realise it was on Valentine's day!"
Oucho "I told you it was February 14th!"
Mrs Oucho: "Well I mustn't have realised...."
Oucho: "OK, but I've got the tickets now"
Mrs Oucho **glowers**

On second thoughts, you might want to find another, better way of getting this past your wife!

1-1

Not a bad thing Tom Elliott got sent off for them for over celebrating his goal yesterday, 12 goals this season and a handful for defences to mark!

I'm in London Wednesday.

If it had been for two days I might have gone to my first away game for 29 years. ;)

Hmm... not sure.

Like many others I suspect, I think it will be yet another uninspiring first team 11.

Beavon will be out again, Folivi will still not have recovered from his most tiny, trivial of injuries and we still won't have signed Yakubu, as his talks over a contract continue unabated right up until the very last game of the season, arguing over the offer of wages.

Andy Rose will be put in goal because of his height and everyone will continue to laugh at Ghadzhev's yellow hair.

Oggy will walk around with a clipboard playing hangman in the technical area and Slade will try and calculate how long, how hard and how high we can kick the ball.

We will get a corner in the 67th minute and the fans will go wild.

0-3. All 3 hysterically comedic miss-hits into the back of our own net and the stadium tannoy will enter into the fun by playing the sound of a muted trumpet doing the Wah, wah, wah, waaaaahhhhhh noise as the balls trickle over the line and defenders bump into posts and fall over each other.

I think this will be where our luck will change, an 89th minute deflected winner off the Wimbledon GK

Or we hatch a plan for a very large, milky breasted lady to stand behind the goal and flash the ref just as RCC comes up for a corner and punches the ball into the net.

Not sure whether to be alarmed or not by your milky breasted lady description. I think you need some specialist web sites Otis.

This clip maybe for you, being a milky lover. ;)

I may post this elsewhere but the stat that we have got 2 points from the last 14 matches is absolutely abysmal - I had lost track of how many games it had been - that's nearly a third of the whole season!!!!!

We've got a couple of seats spare in the car for anyone needing a lift down there.

16 games left and we need a minimum of 10 wins. The optimists will still say we can afford to lose 6 more games.

Doesn't bloody matter does it?

We will lose limply, or win/draw and briefly have some hope only to be shot down the next game.

A bunch of no talent cloggers will play, the only player we have other teams want will sit on the bench. Any potential glimmers of hope will be "injured" (seriously regretting signing for us).

We'll continue with this form, sadly. I've resigned myself to a 3-1 loss.

Slade needs to get the team watching videos of Burnley's home games. They have a fantastic home record. Their defensive tactics could teach us a lot.

Might not be that useful for our next game which is away!
