Looks like it is going to happen.

Has anybody seen anything mentioned about the roads? The roads round there can't manage in rush hour as it is, no idea what happens when Lorries get brought into it and a few hundred extra going to work.

Fantastic a zero hour contract bonanza where employees get treated like shit an sacked if they sneeze at thr wrong time, all while they dodge paying tax in this country.

They will need to make Coundon Wedge a dual carriage way for it to be able to happen, Allesley Village and the road by Cov Hill Hotel will get hammered with people looking for other routes.

Would have thought there would be better places to put it.

There's a load of new warehousing going up at the airport which hasn't been let. With the improvements to Tollbar and the fact its right next to an airport to fly cargo in, rather than using Birmingham and the trucking it to Cov, you would have thought it was a no brainer.

Plus the roads up there are geared up for lorries.

It may be NIMBYISM but this is a mad idea.
Developments like this should be zoned to go into specific sectors allocated.
The Initial decision way back to build the Rd and Jag there was a prelude to development, but it should be housing, which we are told from everywhere is the priority.
