Hope he gets well soon, shame to see what scum are about nowadays but I don't know what happened so can't really comment but anybody using knives is a no no. As well as bringing mothers into it.

I have read in some places he may need a leg amputated? I really hope not!

Can't believe this, I've just happened on the news on the BBC website - shocking stuff.

He was stabbed outside his home in Bedford, and he was with him mum who was also attacked. Sickening stuff.

Heard it was to do with his sister and her boyfriend, Kempston is a shit hole, actually all of bedford is, but tis a shocking story....

I did read somewhere on the 'net that there are mumblings of it being a drug related attack? As in, it wasn't just an accident with them being in the wrong place at the wrong time?

I just hope he pulls through and plays again as it would be a stupid waste of a talented footballer if not.
