I remember one a long time ago when one of my mates had our area manager in a headlock in the bogs. Thankfully its now just me and my workmate so we just share a bargain bucket if we are both in a day or two before christmas.

My missus always goes to hers alone.

It's fine. I check her underwear when she comes back and it is never on back to front or inside out.

The only difference in her I can usually detect is all the bruises on her body where people have been pushing her off with bargepoles.

You are a brave man Otis the day she reads this you will be getting a late night visit from some lovely Russian gentlemen;)

We had our last night, I'm not a fan at all. A lot of my colleagues seem to socialise with each other every weekend and don't seem to have a life outside of work.

Met mine on mine, we worked/ work at the same place different departments, paths never crossed.

That night people from other departments knew each other later in the night groups all met up, (I will let you guess where, clue was in Cov) & yeah 5 years, child later, wedding next year still going strong!

See they just cause long term misery;)

I met my wife through work but not at a works party a blind date set up by my ex boss (I could kill him now)

What a legend! ;) I gave up drinking for a couple of years so have a very low tolerance to it now and don't enjoy it. As I've got older I don't see the point in doing something I don't want to do, just to fit in with people I don't like.
Agree with that, hate the fake Ness

I met my wife through her work too.

Should have just kept the money in my wallet and driven off.

I keep getting those ads for Russian brides looking at those pics I can't imagine why you give her so much stick;)

We had ours last night. We don't have anything laid on by the company so we just do our own thing. We went to Broad Street, got hammered, met a nice bird, kebab, home. Still recovering now.

I don't mind drinking ;) but don't get hammered nowadays - couple of pints with a nice meal is more my thing!

That said quite like (most of!!!) the people I work with, no objection to socialising with them. Most of them don't come out really due to childcare/driving to work issues.

Fuck, I'm that annoying dick who hassles people to go out when they don't want to, aren't I...
