Dancing in the Moonlight - Thin Lizzy
Military Man - Gary Moore
Plenty of others from other bands too but I thought I'd give Ireland's finest a mention

Haha.
The original was a class track.
First attributable house record I think.
Going to nominate the Clash's
Go Straight to hell boy.
The Asian influence and unusual percussion which pervades pretty much all the way through, brilliant!
So brilliant M.I.A. sampled it and had a hit with Paper Planes.

The original is an absolute classic, it was funny how quickly they got this piss take version out after the original.
Not one of the first house tracks though, you have to go back to early 80's Chicago for that (Derrick May/Frankie Knuckles) but was 100% one of, if not the first, British produced mainstream house/acid tracks.

In fact I think most Lizzy singles have fantastic intros.
