Saw this the other day, about when Brighton were in trouble.
Great read about bad owners and fan power, a lot of similarities in it.

This is so similar to our story it's frightening. To follow a similar course of action would bring huge publicity nationwide even worldwide TRUST TAKE NOTE action similar to this would bring massive public embarasment to the architects of our plight Fisher, Sepalla and the sisu business model. Getting to Wembley mustn't mask our continuing problems WE HAVE NO GROUND the season after next and at the moment no academy next season. This has got to be considered better than any pigs, tennis balls or people with flares on pitches.

Do not criticise anything people are doing to try to help our club. It is the combination of protests, dialogue and action that is going to get us out of this mess. Every little helps. Brighton used just about every tactic available to them. Some very friendly and diplomatic but others completely the opposite. However, now time has passed and we look back at it we can see it all had an impact. The biggest difference between their plight and ours is that it seems their fans worked TOGETHER to drive them out. They are now a very successful club and we can get there one day. Protesting is never pretty but sometimes it has to be done.

you can see from the early part of the story that UDI did not work and the FA did what they always did and deduct points rather then face the owners off and that eventually dedicated control was put in place to organise a media campaign That was driven by a group of people who knew how to get celebrities on board. I have always said we need to get at Sepalla ! Find out where she lives and get the supporters outside her private domain. I bet the neighbours don't even know who she is

Wow, it is so close to the state we are in.

and I love this snippet which might very well apply to today's FA
Then again, my boss at the time, the late Felix Dennis — whose company had unknowingly funded the print-outs sent to Baker — was always an advocate of ‘do it first, and apologise later’.

One of the publishing millionaire’s favourite quotes was ‘Committees are cul-de-sacs down which ideas are lured and quietly strangled’.

Be interesting if this idea is taken u by our Trust or the JHW crowd theres a lot of overseas people now living in Cov and thousands of students at our two universities just imagine the publicity it could get with multi-national involvement wearing their club or national football shirts
