Historical Figure (1 Viewer)

Inspired by a football ramble type question, my question to you fine fellows on this Friday morning is....

If you could pick an historical figure to play in our Coventry team today who would it be and why?

I'm going for Robin Hood, with that level of accuracy on the bow and arrow, I would just have him on for free kicks and corners with Nimely's quick feet we are bound to get loads of FK's around the box, Mr. Hood could then easily dispatch.

and now over to you....

How about Winston Churchill as manager to inspire the "troops/players/flyers" to fight and win against the odds Battle of Britain style

or the Kray twins at center half - they wouldnt stand any messing on their turf

Manuel. We have the major as the manager and the owners act like they own fawlty towers.

What about Mother Teresa in goal, she was a miracle worker and could 'save' anything.

I'd select Jesus but you said historical not mythical (and despite the "Jesus saves" posters, we wouldn't want him in goal in case the ball went through his hands)
