Personally i think or hope;

Going up;
QPR,
Norwich,
Swansea, having beaten Cardiff in the play off final.

Coming down,
West ham, Brum and i pray with all my soul Villa.. But probably Wigan

Also want Southampton will come up from League one, since i miss playing them and Brighton are pretty much crowned already

That is tough as it is tight up to Sunderland (9th to 18th separated by 6 points!!!). However I think Wigan, Blackburn and Villa
