Changed the Cardio for weights, it took a lot longer to burn the same calories but did about 700 in an hour which wasn't too bad. Like feeling the burn the next day on the shoulders.
Back and Stomach later I think!
Hammered weights, went on proper scales and down 4lb and a couple of % body fat.
Will have to mix weights up more I think.
Weights are really effective for burning fat, especially if you do them in the morning.
I used to do them in the morning every day but can't now was still doing weights but cardio too for about 40 minutes but did a solid hour of weights and can feel it.
Going to order some ankle weights I think as well.
Will do double sessions tomorrow, enjoy it in a sadistic way.
I'm doing about 1.5 hours of weights and 30 mins cardio 4/5 times a week at the moment and trying to do 45-60mins cardio on the other two.
I also find myself being a lot more conscious of what I'm eating after a morning workout. I tend to get up around 5am for the gym..my body has got used to it but people think I'm insane when I first tell them.
nice and healthy yesterday and then at 11pm i had packet of crisps
now i feel obese

Well i was delighted this morning, havent weighed myself in 2 weeks only dieting mon to fri and crap weekends down another 4lbs, so now ive lost 21lbs in 10 weeks im 186.6lbs now i dunno what weight ill have to be before my abs come out but all thats left is bit fat around my abs and chest and ill be lean and shredded.so gonna do 8 week hardcore trainer again start april be serious shape for summer hols.
Had 2 sets of training again tonight, can't move my arms properly but it feels quite nice in a strange way.
According to the set of scales i use, i lost 5 lbs between monday and today. Have taken up 6 mile bike rides during my lunch hour every day this week to try to help burn the flab.

I actually use the same scales every time in my local branch of Boots.
Must admit, I tend to use the boots ones from a proper weigh too! ones at home aren't the best.
Tempted to buy the fitbit ones as the £1's add up!
ah ya the doms great fun lol, id say ill put back on the around 3lbs just from todays drinking and eating shit. as long as im hovering around 190lbs mark by time i start the 8 week program again ill be fine i think ill be lean at 180 shredded at 177
i think 11.5 to 11stone is right weight for me. then its all body fat to lose. hopefully bis and tris tonight before a chinese lol

No weight lost lately but look slimmer in the face and around my stomach. Happy with the past few weeks work.

i didnt go friday cos st patricks day went drinking 7 hours hungover sat morning ate shit all day and today but said i would diet mon to fri for 3 weeks till i start my program again april 3rd so long as im around the 190lbs mark starting the program ill be fine
no weight loss this week. nothing gained either
mon-thurs was fine. then friday chinese.sat maccys and sunday fish and chips!
in a way you could say its good that no weight put on but i wanted to move forward. very angry. this week strict diet, no junk till next friday.
at least weights are going well. increment of 2.5kg on most excercises most weeks so far
saying that i normally weight myself post morning poo. today it just would not come out lol
had one at work now and i feel trim haah

i have sore back from shoulder press,i arch backwards too much. very angry at myself for risking my back so soon after it healed originally.
belt and lower weights from now on till form perfect
i did the same aswell and ive a dodgy back wont be doing it again ill just do a shoulder press machine with back support
do you think ive done any permanent damage? like compressed discs etc
today it was sore when i woke up but pretty much ok rest of the day. i slight feeling of soreness still but nothing painful
See your GP. Mine was like that for ageas and the littlest thing would set if off. Perfectly fine for weeks until this morning, booked straight in for physio, she assessed me for 5 minutes before asking what I've been doing as I've somehow caused major damage with the muscles in my back. In so much pain at the moment.
fuck sake weights are scary
Keep getting mixed up with 10's and 20kg as the labels have worn off. Doing shrugs with 20s in place of the 10s has left me hurting this morning.
you need go to a chiropractor get your spine checked, my 2 lower discs the fluid or gel what ever you call it is worn down and i need to get spinal decompression done, if you ever have long back pain ect best to buy a inversion table im buying one when i get my new apartment helps majorly with your spine. if i get the decompression done ill be out for 4 weeks cant do anything so waiting off till end summer get it done costs me $1200 for 12 sessions.
